NYR...ANA.....WASH..CBJ...CHI?!
I'm going to way more NHL games than I thought I would.January 28-29-Anaheim versus Blackhawks at the Honda Center.
This one I knew about since last year. My uncle has second row season tickets next to the penalty box. Upon learning I am an NHL fanatic, he offered to give us his tickets for a game. My dad chose to go against the Blackhawks because when the Ducks were playing the Capitals was a bad day...a Wednesday. Not a good day to miss school. Or something like that. I thought this was going to be my only NHL game.
Then...My dad for some reason really wanted me to be able to go to a Washington Capitals game. I love the Caps...but I wasn't all that disappointed that I couldn't go to a game this year. The Hawks don't play the Caps at home this year, but whatever, life happens. I went last year and it was a disappointing game from a Caps fan view, the Hawks winning 5-0 and Ovie barely doing anything in the game, but a great game as a Hawks fan. I didn't really know what to think. So he wanted me to check with St. Louis and Columbus. I jumped at the whole Columbus thing...since I'm a big fan of LeClaire, Brassard, Filatov, Boll, Malhotra, Klesla the whole deal pretty much. I don't really know any of the players on St. Louis besides Manny Legace, whom I love, but if I had to choose I'd pick Columbus. Plus it just so worked out that Columbus is a Saturday or something and St. Louis was a bad day. So my dad agreed that it'd be better for Columbus because he said he could go there for work. So I got really happy. He hasn't bought the tickets yet, but I'm pretty sure I'm going. I mean...he was the one who offered in the first place.
Then, I'm going to New York this weekend. So I just checked the Rangers schedule to see if they're playing anyone good this weekend. And my God, they're playing the Blackhawks on Friday at 7 at Madison Square Garden. Funny how things work out like that. My step dad is doing a project with Madison Square Garden. God, he's doing a project with every major thing in New York City. Dude, he controls the signs in Times Freaking Square! But anyways, he said he's going to get me tickets. I don't know where they'll be, good or bad, but I'm so excited. My first Rangers game! Hopefully of many, once I move there :]
I'm pretty happy right now.
I'm super super busy lately. I keep trying to finish my Brent update, but my internet window always stops responding so I lose everything I just worked on. Not a very encouraging thing..
Not sure when exactly that'll be out. Maybe Thursday. I don't have school because of a Jewish holiday and guess what? I'm not Jewish. So I get a free day off. Whoopee!
I dyed my hair auburn. It looks awesome :]
Just giving everyone an update. My quizilla has been kinda dormant these last few weeks. Or last two months. I do apologize. School is a big monster that likes to eat everyone up. What a selfish creature. :p
