To Those Who Read My Journal About Love Problems, Read this....
Well I finally told my best friend about what I feel for him. Before I tell you why that Icon is up there, Ill tell you what happened before I left to the Philippines.
So he was invited to my family's Christmas Party. My parents know him well, so they didnt mind. We had fun the whole night, talking and mingling around with my family. The whole time he was hitting on me, and flirting and trying to kiss me. I thought it was a perfect sign that he clearly had something for me.
The end of the night comes and I walked him to his car. I stay behind, still wanting to spend time with my family. So I walked him to his car and next thing I know, I was kissing him! I didnt pull away obviously, because I liked him and it was a great kiss we shared. The next night, he calls me drunk telling me that he liked the kiss and that he loved me. ha!
A few days later, I was on my way to the Philippines. By the way, I had a great time there! When I came back I found out that he has a girlfriend! WTF?!!!!!!!! That really was my reaction!!
Im not sad nor am I sad now. I just felt betrayed and shocked. I thought the kiss meant something, but then this happens. It also doesnt help that he was messaging me while I was in the Philippines telling me that he likes me and missed me! Ugh What an ass! Knowing him, I know he has no idea what he has done.
I am happy to announce that I completely fell out of love or like for him. The moment I felt betrayed I realized that he and I can only be friends and nothing more! He was inconsiderate yes, Ill never forgive him for that, but the thing is, he doesnt know it, even if I try and ignore him, he will ask and I will have to tell. I would rather just keep thatinformation away from him. He doesnt need to know. We'll just go back to being friends. I know how where I stand.
TO ALL THE GIRLS OUT THERE, BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR HEARTS! ITS PAINFUL HAVING TO TRY AND HEAL THE PIECES TOGETHER, AND TRYING TO FORGET WILL TAKE TIME. BUT ALSO DONT FORGET TO TAKE CHANCES AND HAVE FUN, ITS THE ONLY WAY TO REACH HAPPINESS AND ACCEPTANCE FOR YOURSELF. LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU LOVE SOMEONE ELSE....
