hi....
Sometimes I wonder if avoiding thinking about something is healthy. It keeps me from crying,but is that the only good thing about it? Does something bad come from not thinking about the sad things? You're not supposed to keep things bottled inside, but at the same time letting it out too much can be bad too, right?
