2nd Contest
Okay, I know I said I'd hold the contest poll open until Nov, but the results are overwhelmingly in favor of having a 2nd contest, and I doubt they'll change much in a month. Plus, I wanted to get this announced before I leave for my training. So I am going to hold a 2nd ATG story entry contest. Here are the guidelines.1) The contest will run from Jan 01 thru June 26. Why June 26? Because that's my birthday, so it seems like a good place to stop.Please don't submit anything until Jan 01. I won't accept any submission after June 26 unless you've already submitted chpts for your story.
2) I'd prefer you email them to me at IronMaidenLeigh@aol.com but I will also accept them through Quizilla messages. Be sure to include your Quizilla name (if you have one). You don't have to have a Quizilla account to enter.If you need other arrangements, let me know.
3) Any story genre is allowed. Romance, action, angst, AU, AR, you caneven rewrite one of the Anime-only arcs I haven't done.I'm even allowing Crossovers this time. Lemons are allowed (I can't very well say you can't do it when I have) but please have some kind of plot. Again, no rape scenes. If you have any questions or want to bounce some ideas off me, let me know, but I'm pretty mich giving you free rein.
4) You cannot resubmit a story you submitted to the last contest unless it was an imcomplete series. If you didn't get the chance to finish your story last time and want to, I'll allow it. I still have all the entries saved, so if you're continuing your story just let me know and you can pick up where you left off instead of having to resubmit everything. If you need your stories back, I'll email them to you.
5) Entries will be judge the same as last time. Each story will receive a score of 1-10 on several factors such as originality, entertainment, and keeping characters in-character. Entries will not bescored until after the deadline.Scores will be totalled, and the entry w/the highest score wins. Note that gramar is not judged, but please proofread your work.
6) As of yet, I haven't decided on a prize, other than posting the winning stories. I was thinking of writing a one-shot of the winner's choice, since I have a lot of people requesting things. If you have any ideas, let me know.
