The Host and I got new books!
There are The Host spoliers in this!Be WARNED!!!!I finished it on May 15 and it took me a week and two days. I would've written a journal earlier but I forgot and was to lazy, oopsie.
Anywho about the book. I loved it! The first four chapters were confusing but after that I was ok. I hate how everyone treated Wanda but I'm glad that everything worked out for her eventually except for Sharon and Maggie. I know they had a good reason to be blah but I think they should've tried harder or Wanda should've stuck up for herself.
Kyle's such a meanie! Wanda was nothing but nice to him and everyone and he tries to kill her! Then she savesthe ungrateful as Jeb says: fat mouthed worthless maggot! I think Ian should've just pushed him into the river! At least he found Sunny and she made him kinder *mutters* stupid worthless maggot (Kyle not Sunny).
Jamie's so sweet! He stayed with Wanda through everything! And he finally got his sister back.
Jared well he was mean but now he's all nice :] He knocked Kyle out :] And he finally got Mel back.
Ian, I'm glad he finally got Wanda and only Wanda, not Mel being all mad at him for kissing the body.
Jeb, well he may be a nutty old man but he's a nutty old man with a riffle. It's his house his rules :] Thankfully he didn't kill Wanda in the beginning and now they're all friends!
At the end when Wanda was going to sacrafice herself so Mel could have her body and life back I started to cry! Once I figured out the plan and that Doc was going to go through with it I was just crying. But now she's alive as Pet!! I really hope Stephenie makes a sequel. I was so sad through the deaths of Walter and Wes too, may they rest in peace.
Today I went to Barnes and Nobles. I got four books, Frostbite the sequel to Vampire Academy (I highly recomend this book!), Thirteen Reasons Why (people say this is really good), Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy (the first one was good and I'm hoping this willl be too), and Generation Dead (I don't know anything about it but it looks good).
So what'd you people think of The Host? Only more days until Breaking Dawn comes out! The Barnes and Nobles near me is having a party! Ciao!
