About Me
My name is Dutchwaffle. I have an LJ account and Fanfiction.net account - on the former I make computer graphics. I don't write too much anymore, but love writing in general, and hope to get back in the swing of things by pursuing an English degree in college. I'm also hoping for a Creative Writing or Acting minor, so I can go either career direction.

A New Project
As you might have guessed, I am revising A Portal in Time. You might be wondering why, and my answer is simple: I don't like it. That might shock some of you, but remember, I was less experienced with a rush of ideas when I wrote that. There's plots that don't end all over the place, nuances that drop and don't go anywhere, the editing is a mess and it's too wordy for me.I'm keeping the original when I'm finished because regardless of what I say or do, some of you might like it better anyway. I'll admit, the new version is revised with a whole new sense about it. Just for an example, when I wrote APiT I was scared of cursing in print. Now I'm not. That kind of thing.
I'm saying this now because I plan on moving on to And Together We Stand...and perhaps properly finishing it? I'm not promising anything, but I've definitely considered the idea. ;]
And I want a fresh batch of readers. My old Quizilla friends and fans seem to have left with me. ]:
