Let's just start with the fact that I am terrible at reading guys and conversations with them and that I have already been on an accidental date (meaning that I didn't realize it was a date) more than once :-P So here's the situation: When I was hanging out with one of my guy friends, I met a guy who lives down the hall from him. We are both in choir, and over the last week, we have had rehearsals every day for our annual Christmas concert. As the daily rehearsals began, we started flirting a lot, meaning that there was tons of eye contact and all kinds of just joking with each other...and he would touch my arm and everything and say that I was cute and give me hugs...so then on the third night, he waited for me to come down from the balcony with my choir and said "hey I have to ask you something" as he put his arm around me.."What are you doing Friday night after rehearsal?" I told him nothing, so he asked if I wanted to watch a movie in his dorm. I said sure, and the next day, he double checked and said "We're still on for Friday, right?" I assured him that we were, and he said "good. Oh and it's one of my roommate's favourite movies, so he might be there if that's ok with you." We watched the movie, and it was great, and he angled his body towards me which usually means a guy is interested...and he didn't try to make any moves...he walked me back and gave me 2 hugs instead of 1 and then looked like he was debating something before he left...he gave what seemed to be an obvious excuse--that is was cold, but he needed to go to sleep...so I'm really not sure...was that sort of a date or not? And like I said, all the signs seem to say he likes me, but this morning, I called him to see if he had talked to his parents (who were traveling to see the concert) because my best friend's parents had fliped their car due to ice--the weather was really dangerous. He didn't answer his phone when I called him, though...so that's why I'm confused lol...this was a really long story...but I would really apreciate it if you would take a couple minutes to evaluate the situation and let me know your thoughts...:-) Thanks so much, and God bless!
