boys are soooooo confusing HELP!!!

why do boys have to be so confusing i mean they seem to like you one minute then their off likeing another girl in two seconds i don't get it AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRGH!!!!!!!!!!! i hate it!! and ex boyfriends aren't cool either it felt like he didn't care about me or notice me much when we went out all we did was go to TWO MOVIES we went out for a while and then drifted away and went out again and thats is all we did together no football games ect it sucked! and now is head over heels with my best friend even though she is a bitch to him and has a boyfriend and he still wants to hang out with me AHHH they are so confusing if you got any advice for me please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
