Help, Please

I need some help. You may or may not know I'm a cutter. Well an ex-cutter. I really hope to stay that way. Right now I fell horrible, like everything is falling apart. I can't be perfect. No one even has been able to tell that I'm falling into depression again. All these thoughts...So, I need some advice on what to do, to keep my mind distracted. What I'm afraid of is I know if I cut again, it will be a suicide attempt. And I'm not going to get 'professional help'. I WILL kill myself if my parents find out. I'm a big enough mistake as it is. If anyone has any tips on keeping my mind distracted, it would be helpful. Thanks. - Jamie
