Well, I'm MizzSexyLuvXoXo. =) I don't like meeting people too young or too old. (Kinda creepy) I love laughing and giggling and i absolutelyyyy LOVE it when people leave me messages or comments saying that they liked my quizzes. =] It really does mean a lot to me. If you have anything negative to say to me then just dont say it at all. I'm extremely sorry if i dont make a new quiz or do something different to my profile in a while. sleep paralysis
Sleep Paralysis
wowwww i havent made one of these in a while. haha:]
well,, i only made this to umm add something different to my profile since it got kinda boringgg. but anyway me and my sis were just talking the other day about like this past experience both of us had. it was called um ''Sleep Paralysis.'' and i know someee of yall may have already experienced/heard of it. but um the reason i brought it up was cuz it freaked me out in a way after doing some research the other day about it. this one website said that the reason for sleep paralysis was either cuz of deprived sleep and/or a part of your brain was awake while the other part of it was still dreaming. which causes the illusions of shadows and stuff. but that's the scientificreason for having thishappen to you. so basically sleep paralysis iswhere your mind is awake but your body is sleeping. and it feels as if there were some pressure on your chest which causes you to not be able to move and speak. also,, while in this state you either hear or see things that may not seem real. that's the scary part about sleep paralysis. you can see like an old woman or dead person sitting right next to you but you cant move. or you can hear evil laughter or someone whispering. that's all mixed in with sleep paralysis. the one thing that scared me about it was that some legends or stories say about a ghost sitting on top of you during it. some say that's the reason why you cant move or speak. others said they saw a spirit sitting on top of them by the mirror when they were in this state of half/sleeping. as me and my sis looked up some more info about sleep paralysis we watched this person talk about how some people in asia think that the ghost is trying to enter your body. lol well if this keeps happening to any of yall,, just dont sleep on your back and/or stomach. that's when it will most likely occur to you.
well anyway i just wanted to talk about sleep paralysis to let it outta my head so i could calm down. haha
