The Hidden Secret of Cosplaying.
So I went to my first ever anime convention... Why doesnt any body ever tell anyone that everyone HUGS eachother... It was so random, I get there with my two bestest friends katherine (The one on Quizilla)and Lily.
Lily was Yumiko Readmen. From R.O.D. (read Or Die)
Katherine was Envy, from FullMetal Alchemist
and I was Haruhi Suzumiya, from you guessed it The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya!
Anyway so the first thing that happens is the Katherine spies someone whose cosplaying as Edward Elric... (doom) Anyway so she screams. and He screams and she goes to (fake) punch him, and he hugs her!!!!! O_O
But wait theres more. After that people came up to use and started taking photos... (It felt like I was famous!) It was embarrassing too. I never look good in photos lol. Anyway then near the end my friedns want me to go in the cosplay competition since I completely made mine... Unlike them.
(Katherine attacked a turtle neck skivvy and a pair of black biking shorts, and Lily brought all her stuff from vintage shops) So I made mine. but I got too nervous. Maybe next year...
Anyway I thought I should warn all you new cosplayers.... BEWARE OF HUGS!
And remember to check your teeth ;P
