About Me
You can call me Joey if you'd like. I tend to go by that now due to my long time roleplaying Wheeler. I'm an odd individual and I'll admit to be perverse, but I don't care. I love my friends, they're important to me and impact my life rather heavily so it'd be wise not to mess with them if I were you. I do enjoy writing stories, drawing, and editing. I am literally nothing without my music. xD ...and yes. I love video games! P.S. The number of pre-teen fangirly fanfictions is disgusting. I'm here to ruin that balance with 'realistic' stories. Look that up if you don't know. ;D

Stories around here
So I was looking for the past week for a story that I may like or want to read. I've yet to find anything that has caught my interest and it's quite sad considering the number of people on here who submit their work. Here's a few things I've noticed that bothers me.Too many romance series.
-Honestly. There's almost no originality to it any more. Everyone copies everyone else and basically you're getting the same story with different names. It's a fluke maybe but there's just no fun in reading something over again.
Too many Vampires/Jonas.
-Again so many of these types of stories have been written that there's no more originality to it anymore. It's just not fun to read, especially if the story is down right predictable. That means your giving what the people want and makes it less of your own. It does.
Lack of literacy.
-I'm no gramma nazi nor am I a grade A student in English, but I know how to write decently. However a lot of people on here can't do that. I've seen fanfictions with English that was so bad not ever Microsoft word could fix it. Seriously people. Some of your can't right in first person either. It's all tell and no show. That's not a story it's a list of things that you did. There's a difference.
A lot of the same
-Tell me how many things that you've seen are the same. End of discussion.
The stories are Boring.
-I don't know the definition of a "good book" exactly. But I know Twilight isn't one of them. Twilight has flat characters with more plot holes than a slab of swiss cheese.
There's no meat in the story and makes it a very boring sandwich. When I read romance I want a REASON for that romance no "He's hot" and "she's sexy" so lets make them a "couple". That's incrediably unrealistic. I wont deny that I have some Romance chapters in my story, but my characters didn't fall in love based in appearance, they fell in love by means of personality. Like it should be done.
Obsessive Fangirls
-Come on Women. You're better than this. I know you are. Now I'm not implying all of you are like this but can't deny that a lot of aren't. Your obsession is beyond scary which has lead to all of these repeated stories with no plots.
Vampires aren't THAT great. Real vampires don't sparkle so quit making Meyepires. They're nothing more than blood sucking pixies and if you want to try and argue with me that they aren't then bring it on. I read the books so I know more than enough to counter your claims with my own.
Jonas Brothers. You're fucking kidding right? They have got to be the worse boy band in history and nothing about them is attractive. Why write stories on it? If they weren't so egotistical or full of themselves for actually being successful thanks you most of you 12 year olds, they probably would be offended by your stories.
I think I'm done for now.
