I'm extremely self-conscious.

I also get nervous reallllly easily and have panic attacks a lot.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can get over this?
I also let things get to me really easily as well...

Well... It's always good to talk to somebody about it. If you're not open, people aren't going to know how you feel. If they don't know, they can't care. Don't care what other people say and/or think. People are gonna talk, right? Give them something to talk about! Just be yourself, don't worry about it.
