Soul of Steel Confliction
It all started when I listened to Wizarding Wireless (an amazing podcast found at wizardingpod.com that goes through all seven books, the first six before seven chapter by chapter picking out clues to the ending of book seven and then a synopsis and interesting facts of books seven) And I got to the end of the last episode of and Frank Montel (one of the hosts) said "What do we do now? What am I gonna do?" And I began to think after it ended. What am I going to do after Soul of Steel.
I know I still have over one hundred chapters (its all planned, til the end) and stuff, but still. This has been my lives work since I was eleven. I started Metallic Hearts in 2005 and it took me two years to finish it, and I got the idea for Soul of Steel in 2006. So this has taken up now (and by the time I finish it) four years of my life. I don't know what Im going to do once it's over.
I suppose this is a thing that all writers go through. But this a really big thing for me! This will be the first real big project I've ever finished, and it's real big. I guess the only thing I can do is sit and write and remember all the good memories I had writing it. And just stick with it until the very end to feel that feeling of accomplishment.
Sala Vi,
Lita
