2050 C.E., the past is brought back to life to end a war created by mankind. A french scientist brings back an extinct subspecies of human, the witches, now known as Seedlings. Now that the war is over the Seedlings have created a new problem. They have become a possible threat to those who have created them. Though they are described as the more powerful human, can they really survive in the world the second time around?
