Living The Dream (Joe Jonas) Chapter 7
I got my memory stick back! Message and Rate!We started talking yet again, until we drew nearer, and saw my parents waiting at the door. "Quick, round the back!" I whispered. We snuck around the back of the house trying not to attract any attention. "How are you going to get in?" Joe asked. I looked frantically up and down the house, looking for a way in. "The window!" "Well I guess I’ll see you tomorrow." "Yeah that would be great!" Once again he started leaning in for the kiss, does this count as the second date or what? Would he think I’m not interested, if I didn’t kiss him? What should I do? But once again it wasn’t left for me decide anyway! His phone went off this time, why does life keep getting in the way? "What!" he yelled. "Don’t you dare use that tone with me, young man!" I heard a women shout back. "Sorry, yes what do you want?" "Your late, get home NOW!" He hung up. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one unfair curfew’s; even Rock star’s parents are strict when on holiday. "I better go!"Joe said, shaking my hand and running off in the other direction. After he’d gone I stood there, regretting not kissing him terribly. I slowly started lifting up the window; from inside I could here my parents talking to Roxi and Annie. I was about to climb through the window, but I found myself being pulled back. I turned my head slightly and saw Joe. "What’s wrong, did you forget something?" "Yes!" he said leaning in and kissing me, it was the best kiss of my life, ok the only, but it was everything it should have been. I felt the fireworks go off in my head, it was amazing! He took one last look at me and ran off again. All I could do was stand and smile. Until I heard my parents voices, carried out of window. "So where’s Beccie?" "Um…" I heard Roxi and Annie say. I scrambled through the window, so fast I caught my shoes, and they fell off. Oh well I’d have to go and get them back later. I fell through the door, and I saw Roxi and Annie’s mouths drop open. "Where have you been Beccie?" my Mum asked. "Sorry, I fell asleep and didn’t hear you come in!" "Anyway we really just came to make sure you had enough money?" said My Dad before my Mum could reply. "Ok thanks. Bye!" I said opening the door. "Fine Bye, have fun" My Mum said half scowling, following my Dad out of the door. I was so smiley after they’d gone, Annie said: "No…" By the time I’d told them all about the date and the kiss, their jaws were nearly on the floor. "Anyway guys I’m tired so night!" "Night Beccie!" they said together.
Are they sign’s, that we shouldn’t be together?
He picked his phone up, looking dead annoyed.
"Why so smiley, money can’t make you that happy, can it?"
