Chapter 2 : Chapter 1

You walked out the building it was the late afternoon around 5. The warm sun heating your skin. You were wearing a tight black tank top and regular tight blue jeans with black shoes. You carried bags. You stopped at the crosswalk and pushed the button. You were relatively calm but you knew as soon as you saw your target your heart would start pumping. You knew how to keep your cool. Dad showed you.
“Breath in Deeply and then breath out. Don’t let anything get to you. Concentrate on your goal. Know your surroundings and enemies”
Your dad’s words echoed in your mind.
BEEP, BEEP, BEEP
The cross-walked snapped you back into reality. You started to cross the street when a white van came to a sudden screech to the left of you causing you to jump. The driver got mad and flipped you off. Not wanting to draw attention to yourself you just glared and kept walking. The driver and passenger looked like they were wearing a clown mask. Your mind wondered back to the news station this morning:
“The Joker is still at large. Having killed 5 more people after last night shooting. The police have also made connections to some big time mobsters currently running Gotham City streets…”
From the pictures they have shown recently you thought the Joker wasn’t a bad looking guy. ‘I mean without all that make-up maybe he’s ok looking? And I’m sure under all that craziness There’s a regular human being just a little confused or abused to come out…’ You turned around just to see the van was heading in the same direction you were. You followed it with your eyes and seen that it turned on the following street. You thought to yourself ‘Thank god!’ You walked into a near by liquor store and got something to drink. “Thank you.” You said to the guy at the register who couldn’t stop staring at you. You laughed to yourself.
You continued down the street making a couple of turns here and there. When you finally saw it. The very small bank you were going to rob. Your mind slowly went back to all the blue prints, security papers and employee hours you memorized. Today, only one security guard, and four employees. ‘The only thing I really need to worry about is one of them touching the alarm system’ But you had that covered just have to go to the back and take out the wiring. You crossed the street and your heart started racing.
You got closer to the banking looking around but not making it obvious. Barely anyone was around. You continued around the building. You opened the wiring box and cut the security system. Then cut the line that calls out to the police when the security system failed. ‘Perfect.’ You walked back to the front of the building and back to the same liquor store you went into earlier; the same guy staring.
“May I use the restroom?” you asked. “Yeah… umm… Sure... Here’s the k-key.” He Stammered. “Thank you!” You said sweetly.
You walked into the bathroom; it was kind of clean. ‘ It will do’ you thought. You put the bags on the floor then tied your hair in a bun. You pulled the XXL shirt out of bag. It was really big but you needed it to cover up your breast. You also put a kind of a girdle on to press them down. Then you put the shirt on over it. Next you pulled out the baggy pants and slide them on over you tight jeans. Next, out of a smaller bag, you pulled out a wig and your make-up kit. You decided to put the make-up on first since it took the longest.
After about 5 minutes you new face was complete. You looked like a guy. You finally placed the wig on, put you contacts on, and put on a cap and glasses. You looked at yourself in the mirror. ‘Alright action time.’ Before you walked out of the bathroom you checked to see if the guy had costumers. He had 3. “Good” you mumbled to yourself. You placed the key on the counter before the guy could see you. He didn’t even notice.
You continued down the street and to the bank. You stood across the street heart pounding. You walked up to it and entered. The security guard was by himself. You walked up to him keeping cool.
“Hello And Good afternoon!” He said unaware of what was about to take place. “Hi…” you said in a hoarse voice. Sometimes you couldn’t believe that voice was coming from your mouth.
You hit him over the head with the butt of your gun. He was out cold. The security guard wasn’t big. There were only three costumers.
“GET DOWN AND PUT YOU HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE THEM!” you screamed trying to make your voice as manly as possible.
You saw the girl behind the counter reach for the silent alarm. Even though you already un-wired it you still didn’t want anyone getting ideas. You pulled her from behind the counter by her hair.
“WHAT DID I TELL YOU!!” you screamed in her face. She busted in tears. You had no sympathy for her. You looked around nobody dared to make a move. You turned back to the girl. “And to make a point on how much I don’t want you to do anything and to show I am NOT joking…” You aimed your gun at the lady on the floor. “Please don’t!” She pleaded. You weren’t going to kill her, you just wanted to make a point. You shot her in her hand. She let out a scream. You looked around again. Fear was now written on everyone’s face. “Good Job! Now I think we’ll take it from here.” Said a mysterious voice behind you.
