Makoto then smilied at Kaoru. "Thanks for worrying about me Kaoru" said Makoto, as he blushed and looked away.Makoto then kissed his cheek. "Uh-hmm" said Tamaki, as they turned their heads to see everyone. "Sorry, my bad" said Makoto, as she walked towards them to the door. Hikaru then walked to Kaoru. "What was that about?" asked Hikaru, as Kaoru shruggged. "Forget it, it was nothing important" yawned Kaoru walking towards the door.
Makoto then made her way home and saw everyone having a lazy day. "Hi I'm home" said Makoto, as thy smilied at her. "How was school Miss Ryoichi?" asked Yuki, as Makoto smilied. "It was fine, actually I have a favor to ask of Shigure" said Makoto sitting infront of him from across the table. "Sure Makoto, you are basically like a daughter to me" said Shigure, as Makoto took out a form and put it infront of Shigure. "Than you'll sign this right, please they won't let me enter unless I have parent or guardian signature and you are my guardian" said Makoto, as he paused and looked at her. "What's it for?" asked Shigure. "A Surfing competition, it starts when school ends and if I win I get a grand prize for all I want food supplies for a year" said Makoto, as they looked at her. "You surf since when?" asked Kyo, as Makoto ignored him. "Please Shigure I won't ask anything again and I'll even help you with your books" said Makoto, as Yuki and Kyo covered her mouth. "Don't do something you'll regret" shouted Kyo "Do you have any idea how dangerous that can be" said Yuki, as Makoto sighed. "Well actually the only thing I ask if we could come and see you surf?" said Shigure, as Makoto nodded. "You alos need two more signatures" said Shigure, as a hand went of Makoto's shoulder. "I'll sign" said Hatori, as Makoto smilied handing him the papers. "Thanks Hatori" said Makoto, as Hatori nodded. "Now I need one more" said Makoto, as she paused and looked at Tohru. "Tohru, I know we haven't always gotten along but-" said Makoto, but Tohru interupted her and hugged her. "Yes of course I'll help you" said Tohru, as Makoto smilied and handed her the paper. Tohru signed it and Makoto smilied at everyone.
It was now the last day of school and Makoto had finally repayed all the debt to the host club, and as she walked in she saw all her regulars coming to greet her. "Makoto-kun is it true your entering the surfing competition?" asked a girl, as Makoto smilied and nodded. "Aww I want to come" said a girl, as Makoto smilied nervously. "actually only family is allowed to come for these type of events" said makoto, as they girls sighed. Makoto then walked towards Kyouya. "Kyouya-sempai... I was woundering would everyone come to my competition?" asked Makoto, as Kyouya pushed up his glasses. "My family actually came up with the event" said Kyouya, as Makoto nodded. "I know I read the fine print, here" said Makoto handing him the papers. Kyouya smirked. "We'll see you there" said Kyouya, as Makoto smilied.
The bell rang and Makoto made her way to the change rooms and got changed with her hair now grown to medium length and she was wearing the outfit Tohru had gotten for her. She made her way outside and looked at ouran for awhile.

"I guess this was a pretty good year" said Makoto, as she had two hands on each of her shoulder. "Good? it was the best and were glad you came to the school" said Hikaru and Kaoru, as Makoto smilied. "Thanks guys, I'll see you later today at the competition" said Makoto, as she waved good-bye to them and ran off.
When she got to Shigure's house, she saw everyone and Akito. "Akito?" said Makoto, as he turned his head and held out his hand. "Accept my appology or else" said Akito, as Makoto smirked and shook his hand. "You may think your the unluckiest person in the world, but your actually the luckiest to have so manyt people who want you to be with them" said Makoto, as Akito blushed (I know hard to image) and turned his head and avoiding eye contact. "Just go" said Akito, as Makoto nodded.
Everyone got to the beach and Makoto had put her hair back and had her surf board that the host club had given her. "Go Makoto!" everyone shouted, as Makoto smirked. 'Thanks Everyone' thought Makoto, as she surfed out to the sea. Makoto had one first prize and gave the grand prize to Tohru. "No you won it" said Tohru, as Makoto smirked and gave it back. "But I couldn't have withut your help" said Makoto, as she then turned to everyone. "Well, lets have fun were not here to have sad stories told" said Makoto, as everyone hang around at the beach that afternoon.
