Lord Of The Rings [Requirement For a Dream]

CataLina's Point Of View:


I could just see the faint outline of Rivendell in the distance. That was with my elf eye. I was maybe 3 hours at the most away. I have left Lorien with out any companions, I wanted to travel alone. I reduced Narlur down to just a slow walk, I got off her and took her rains and walked beside her. I heard the sound of bushes rustling and twigs snapping underneath feet. I snapped my head to where the sound came from and I saw two Orcs. I wasted no time reaching for my sword. "OH Look, What do we have here??" One of the revolting creatures asked, "Looks like lunch to me" the other says sniffing the air like a dog. "Llie n'vanima ar' lle atara lanneina." I say smirking to them. "What did you just say?!" one of them says pulling out his sword and marching towards me. "I say 'You're ugly and your mother dresses you funny'" I say laughing at my own joke referring, Saroun to their mother. They got angry and charged at me. I kicked the first one in the stomache and he went down and I quickly beheaded the other who was right behind him. The other got up and my sword went straight across his waist, cutting him into two. I quickly got back onto Narlur and quickly galloped towards Rivendell before other Orcs came.


Arriving at my destination not long after. I rode Narlur towards the stables. "Good day, m'lady," one of the younger male elves bowed his head to me and took Narlur from me. "Where is Lord Elrond do you know?" I ask him kindly. "I am sorry m'lady, but I do not." I sent him a friendly smile and walked out of the stables in hope of finding a familar face. "Aragorn!" I yell happily to my old friend. "Cat!" He says happily and embraces me in a hug. " Im gelir ceni ad lín(I am happy to see you again)" I say to him in Elvish. "As am I" he says softly in English. We pulled away and I said I had to find Gandalf. I found Gandalf in a room, which had someone laying on the bed. I knocked quietly on the door, careful not to wake them, Gandalf turned around and a smile appeared on his face. "CataLina" He says standing up from his chair and wrapping his arms around me. "It has been far too long" he says smiling. "Five years" I remind him. He looks over to the little person laying on the bed then back at me. "I must speak with Lord Elrond, please look over him for me." Gandalf said and also told me about the ring and the sword through the shoulder by the Nazgul. "Of course." I smile and take a seat where Gandalf was once sitting. "Thank you Cat" he smiles and leaves the room. 'Poor thing should not have to go through that,' I thought to myself.


A while later I heard a groan. I looked over and saw the little halfling awakening. He looked around slightly, then his gaze came to mine. I sent him a friendly smile. "Where am I?" he asked slightly confuse and looking around the room. "You are in Rivendell." "Where is Gandlaf, he was supposed to meet us at the Prancing Pony" He says slighty worried. "It is OK, Gandalf is speaking with Lord Elrond at this moment, he will be back shortly" I say to him giving him another smile. "I'm sorry, but who are you?" I let out a soft laugh and replied, "I'm CataLina Elensar, I am from Lothlorien" I left out the whole princess bit. "I'm Frodo Baggins, from The Shire" We talked for a little bit longer. Frodo was a very nice person. He told me about everything when him and his friend, Sam left the shire. And also about meeting Aragorn, aka Strider. "Aragorn is a very loyal person, you are lucky to have met him at such a time" I smile at him. And No I did not like Aragorn in that way. He was maddly in love with my cousin, Arwen.


Gandalf entered the room not long after and I excused myself and left the room, saying goodbye to Frodo on the way. I walked a bit further away from the room when I heard whispering. I walked over to where It was coming from and saw two little hobbits. It looked like they where planning a prank. "Oh Goodness, not another Elladan and Elrohir" I groan, breaking them from their conversation. They looked up at me surprised and they were so adorable!!! hehe. It made me smile. "Hello!!" One of them said cheerfully. "I'm Pippen and this is Merry" he says introducing them selves. "Pleasure to me you, I'm CataLina" I smile and they come out from their hiding place. "So if you don't mid me asking, what where you two doing?" I ask them slightly as we take a seat on a near by .. seat. "Nothing" they both say innocently. "Who where those people you called us?" The one Merry asked me. "Elladan and Elrohir?" I ask and they nodded. "They are Lord Elrond's sons and my cousins," "We didn't know you where royalty" he says surpriced. "Well I am not really here, but I am Princess of Lothlorien." I smile proudly. A elf came running over to us. He stopped in front of me and bowed. I bowed my head slightly back. "M'lady, The council meeting will be starting in a few moments." He says bowing again and leaving. "Well it has been a pleasure talking with you hobbits, but I must go." You give them both a hug and leave their pressence and walk towards where the meeting was being held.
