Once upon a time...

That morning I wake up and started wondering if Ryan had moved on.
I mean eventually Ethan and I are going to uh get into something together and what if he hasn't.
I log on the laptop and check my mail.
Something from Jenna:
Hey Erin, what's up?
Has Ethan finally made a move?
I miss you.

I reply:

Er-uh he put his arm around me.
but i'm not sure I wanted him to. Well I did, but I didn't...
Okay I just need you to find out if Ryan has found someone else.

I think I'm sad, but happy since I can go out with Ethan.
I take off my necklace then automatically put it back on.
"It's not coming off" I tell myself.
I go get myshorts and tank top on.
I go downstairs.
"Hey honey, your not surfing today?"
"No, I'm just gonna head over to Luke's"
Then I'm out the door.

I sit at the bar and order a cup of coffee.
Afterwards I walk to the beach.
And who else but Ethan, "Erin! Wait up!"
I stop and turn around, he's jogging towards me.
We take a walk on the quiet beach.
I really don't want to be with him right now, seeing that I was replaced by Aly.
