A World of Magical Things And Automobile Engines That Are Fueled By Water4Gas

Just daydreaming about how the world would run if I were the decider!
You can probably lend some assistance here but here are some ideas I thought of.
For every dollar that you spend you get back two. That would be how finances would work in my ultimate utopia.
When you did your laundry you would retrieve all your lost socks and underwear that still fit.
When you drove down the street all the cars and trucks pull off to the side and let you /through as if you were a fire truck
Airplanes would be made of rubber so that if they crashed on the ground or into buildings they would just bounce.
The only way to become rich would be to help everyone that you meet as much as possible.
And cars would run on water for gas so one wouldn't have to pay for fuel and wouldn't have to wonder if they were hurting the environment by driving to the office.
And women would swoon when you sang no matter how off key you might be...
Uh... wait a minute, let me go back to the last one I mentioned... the one about water for car gasoline... uh... we have that one already. I have to scratch that off the list because we already have that in this present crazy world that we live in!
Maybe not completely but certainly partially.
You may not have known about that so let me fill you in.
Using just a mason jar, some wires, distilled water and baking soda you can easily assemble and install a device into your car that will put hydrogen into your gas mixture and (allow|enable|assist|help} your car to run smoother, cleaner, cooler and happier and you will be happier because you will use 1/3 or so less fuel than you do now.
