I yawned and sighed as I got out of bed. It was just another boring school day. I hated Mondays, I really did. After getting ready and dressing in my obvious dark attire, I walked over to the kitchen and grabbed my breakfast. I glared at my brother Jacob, gosh he was such a pain in the a**. That dork just ruined the Jacob in Twilight. “Emovampirequeenicelady.” He muttered under his breath. I instantly glared and threw my waffle at him. “Ah!” He groaned at the burn caused by the toaster heat.
Soon enough, it was time to leave for school. I stepped into my mother’s car, still pissed about the fact that I couldn’t have a motorcycle. We picked up Mei and as usual we held a small conversation until we reached the school. As soon as we walked onto campus, we saw Seth and waited by the edge of the building. More talking, I glanced at my watch that read seven-fifteen. I closed my eyes and began to countdown. “RAYNE!” “MEI!” “SETH!” There went Aura and Melon. I opened my eyes and in an instant, Aura hugged me... gently. “Good morning, my little emo.” She exclaimed as I began to whine. “I’M NOT EMO!” “Whatever... DO YOU WANT SOME?” She shook a bag of light blue powder in my face. “YES!” I exaggerated as she shoved it in my hand. “Okay, you better save me some though. I want it for lunch!” “Sure.” I looked at my other friends and sighed. “Hey.” My eyes shot open at that all too familiar yawn. “Oh hey, Shikamaru!” Mei replied as Aura waved. “Hullo!” Melania snickered in the background as Seth shrugged his shoulders oblivious to my obsession’s presence. “Uh- Hi!” I stuttered like an idiot once more. He just blinked and nodded as he walked towards class. He was so... SEXY! Why- I HAD NO IDEA... but he just was! The warning bell rang and we all began to panic due to the fact that we were most definitely going to be late. Both Mei and I being damned to run to Orchestra, which was as the very end of the campus... Joy.
I survived another boring period of that and sighed as I walked into English or well in Aura’s terms... Dummy English with Mr. Jiraya, he was our Principal’s husband. As for why Principal Tsunade would marry this pervert- whatever it was just creepy how some fifty-year old lady looked so young... with big boobs. I twitched at the thought and sat down. Even though this class was fun... I never had anyone to talk to. I turned another page of my Anne Rice novel and drowned out that pedo-ish teacher’s voice. My eyes wandered around the room and landed on that forbidding orange book that I saw Mr. Kakashi always reading. I stopped breathing to resist the urge to scream/ laugh out loud. THIS SCHOOL WAS FULL OF PERVERTED TEACHERS. Mr. Jiraya was probably here because he was Tsunade’s husband and Mr. Kakashi was their nephew... OH MY GAWD! This school was majorly f*cked up. IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE! I shook my head and banged it against the table for the rest of the period.
“Yeah so... I found that porno book that we see Mr. Kakashi reading all the time in Mr. Jiraya’s class.” I breathed in the locker room to Aura. “Oh my gawd really?” Mei gasped as Aura made a face that screamed that she was going to suggest something so WRONG. “What if...” I uselessly prepared myself for the mental scarring that would occur. “MR. JIRAYA WROTE THEM!” Aura implied. Yep. There we go. I banged my head against the locker and Aura just helped me with that. “Oh gawd. That’s just wrong.” I muttered as Mei walked towards the dance room. “Well he IS an English teacher. He’d obviously be able to write something...” The dirty blonde whispered. “So let me get this straight... our English teacher... writes porn?” I breathed as Aura looked around. “PORN? WHERE?” Sometimes I honestly couldn’t tell if she was being sarcastic or not. Mei slapped her upside the head. “Ow!” The black-haired girl screamed while holding the newly formed bump. “We should... grab a copy of that book and see what it’s seriously about.” Aura dodged Mei’s attempt at another slap. Damn my curiosity, I sucked the air through my teeth and grinned. “WE SHOULD.” I replied as Mei groaned. “LOSERS!”
After being yelled at by Miss Anko yet again... I walked over to Chemistry... happily. The only reason I even liked this class was because of... well duh, Shikamaru. This was the only class I had with him. I probably spent half the note taking time looking at him! Luckily, none of my friends were here to make fun of me for it... though- the blonde b*tch was here! WHY? WHY? WHY? I had to deal with their stupid glaring!!! I sighed and focused back on my teacher who filled the room with smoke. THIS PLACE SMELLED LIKE DAMNED F*CKING SMOKE! He**, Mr. Asuma was smoking IN the classroom! Seriously, did our principal only hire these people because they were her friends? I honestly doubted some of their teaching degrees! My eyes focused back onto Shikamaru’s form and I almost giggled to myself. I just wanted to... I shook my head at the thoughts and sighed. This class was probably his favorite because he and Mr. Asuma seemed to be very close. I had heard that he, Chouji and Ino were together through most of their childhood. My eyes focused on the boy who stuffed chips into his mouth lazily. I couldn’t believe that THIS guy was best friends with Shikamaru!
I felt my phone vibrate and saw that it was Aura who sent me a text message. –We made some nachos in Culinary Class. Do you want some?- She questioned as I pressed the dark buttons on my black phone. –Duh.- I replied, though I didn’t usually eat at lunch, stuff that Aura made was pretty good... even though it wouldn’t seem that way. When the lunch bell rang I instantly walked towards the cafeteria. Shikamaru was behind me, talking with Chouji yet again. I WANTED to talk to him but I’d just make a fool of myself... then again... practice made perfect... I slowed my pace and readied myself to converse. “OI! SHIKAMARU, CHOUJI!” A certain loudmouth boy screamed. Well there went that plan! I looked ahead and saw that Naruto, the colorblind retard, was the one who called out to them. “Quit being a drag.” Shikamaru wiped the sleep from his eyes. Chouji pulled another bag of chips out of his backpack and opened them. GAWD! WAS THERE A VENDING MACHINE IN THERE? “Rayne!” I looked at Aura and saw that she had a plate of nachos in her hand. “Here!” She smiled as she slipped them into my arms. “I think it tastes pretty good. I even got Naruto here to try some!” Apparently Aura seemed very cheery after Culinary. I took a bite and shrugged my shoulders. Yeah, they were pretty good. “Uh- Rayne, right?” I turned and saw that it was Chouji who spoke. I raised a brow and held it out to him. What else could he want from me? Gosh. He took a couple and munched. “Hm, yeah. Pretty good- uhm Aurora.” He replied as Aura hopped up and down.
“Naruto! We should hand them out!” She exclaimed as Naruto made a noise that signaled that he remembered. “Oh yeah.” He pulled out two envelops from his bag and handed them to Shikamaru and Chouji. Aura did the same and slipped it into my messenger bag. “Okay. Well- Sai’s birthday is coming up so we’re having a surprise party for him at my place.” Naruto informed as I looked at the card in Shikamaru’s hands, mine obviously being too occupied. “Aura? Did you draw this?” I questioned as I looked at the cute card that was just boy-ish enough for an invitation. Aura drew herself and Naruto in a chibi form pointing to the ‘You’re Invited’ font. Shikamaru opened the card and I saw that the two chibis were then running all over the card. “It’s THIS person’s birthday!” The chibis pointed to a chibi of Sai and continued to do random things. “You must dress awesomely!” The Chibitoe was hilariously dressed in the dress that me and my friends wore while the Aura chibi laughed. I continued to read then burst out in a fit of laughter. “Aura! You’re such a loser!” I breathed as Aura hopped up and down. “THE INVITE IS F*CKING EXTRAORDINARY!
“Heh, as expected.” Shikamaru spoke as he glanced at the ‘Art By: Aura Thorne’ signature on the back. “Yeah sure, tell your cousin we can make it.” Shikamaru replied to Aura. “Okay thanks!” Both she and Naruto replied. “Rayne, give these to the others, Naruto and I have to hand these out during lunch!” Aura sighed. “Kay.” I replied as I finished the food and tossed the plate. I grasped the invitations and walked inside and toward my table of friends. “Hey, you losers.” I greeted as I took a seat. “Rayne!” Melania squealed as Mei gave a simple greeting. “Hello.” The boys remained quiet as I handed everyone their invitations. “Aura wanted me to give these to you guys. Also- I’m pretty sure that she wants everyone to attend.” I noted as we all watched her and Naruto run over to whoever was invited. “Just wow.” Kratos commented at the drawings. “Darn. I can’t.” Seth groaned at the date. Apparently Seth had to work for his grandfather that day. “Uh. I’m gonna be visiting my mom this weekend.” Kratos spoke. Kratos would often visit his mother who lived in another state. “Whatever.” I sighed as I sat down. I opened up my book while half listening to the conversations that my friends held. Mei and Melon were being really enthusiastic. I sighed, five more minutes of lunch. Aura instantly returned with a groan. “Damn, there are just so many people.” “Gosh, how many did you invite?” I muttered as Melon and Mei talked about some other disturbing details about the party. “Like almost a third of the damned school... not to mention some people in Suna.” “Dude, I swear, tons of people are gonna hook up at this thing.” Melon spoke up as I twitched. I closed my eyes. “Yeah, I bet Mei is gonna harass that Gaara dude.” I whispered as Melon laughed. “Probably.”
Sometimes I wondered if the boys were ever important, they were never really too into our conversations. Perhaps it was just that we were too insane. “Guys, after school, Naruto and I are going to go shopping for the decorations and stuff. Will you come with?” Aura blew a stray hair out of her face as I shrugged. “Okay. My brother’s probably gonna be at golf so I don’t think my parents will care.” I muttered. “Can’t, I’m gonna be busy after school.” Melon sighed as Aura shrugged her shoulders. “What about you Mei?” My friend who loved the most disgusting color in the world questioned. “Sure!” Mei was left after school for like two hours; guess it didn’t matter where she spent that time.
“Y’know... I just realized... Jack didn’t come to school today.” Aura noted, Jack didn’t sit with us very often because of all his stoner friends but... it was true. I hadn’t seen him either. “What if...” “OH MY GAWD! HE REALLY DID GET RAPED!” Aura blurted out as Mei choked on her soda. “Wow... wait... Melon? Did you ever talk to him after the party?” She questioned as Melon narrowed her eyes. “No.” My cousin muttered as Seth breathed. “You’re being so mean to him. Seriously, I think you should-” I watched as Melon’s glare instantly shifted towards Seth. Aura just laughed at her fake sister’s glare at her b*tch.
The bell rang and I walked toward Spanish. I, of course, speaking it fluently... did not need to pay attention. I just texted Aura from my corner. –Dude, I’m in English right now. XD I see the book by his computer!- -Told you.- I texted back. –Crap, time for a test. I’ll see you in a few.- I texted my goodbye and somewhat looked forward to seeing her next period. Then again... she’d probably harass Mr. Kakashi about it... Idiot.
It was just as I thought, while Mr. Kakashi read his books at his desk, Aura would purposely walk up to him and attempt to peek at the dreaded book’s nonsense. Unfortunately for her, it didn’t work. “Damn...” She muttered under her breath as I scooted over to the side of the chair once more. She rested her forehead on my shoulder and began to whimper. “I wanna read it!” “Oh just shut up. Knowing you, you’ll probably look for it after school when we go shopping for-” I blinked when I noticed that her head had raised... oh sh*t. “Rayne...” She breathed as I face-palmed. “SH*T!” I whined. “That’s such a good idea!” This little idiot screamed. Why... why did I have to be so STUPID?
For the rest of class, I watched as Aura rocked from side to side while smiling to herself. I could see it even through those blue contacts, she was excited... TOO excited. WHY? WHY? WHY? Ugh... I dropped my head on the desk... quite loudly I might add and began to abuse myself. Of course, Aura stopped and instantly grasped my hair and helped. Great. Just... great.
I thanked whoever was up there that this class was over though... all through Algebra, Aura would text me about her plan and what else could be bought for her cousin. I pretty much assumed that she and her cousin were very, very close. After all, I highly doubt that Aura would even bother going through all this trouble. I glanced at the clock... wow... two minutes till the bell rang. I watched as each second passed and the noise echoed into my brain. –Naru is gonna bring us, meet us in front of the library.- Aura’s final message stated as I walked towards the rendezvous point. I was the first one there. I looked through the barred gate and sighed as I stared at the blond’s tangerine colored car. Gawd, I couldn’t believe I was going to step foot into THAT! Damn, I wish I had a motorcycle.
I opened my eyes and peeked through the bright sunlight. I saw Aura slowly skipping toward me next to that one guy, uh... Sasuke whatever- I attempted to ignore their conversation but ignoring Aura’s loud voice was just too hard. “Do you need a ride home?” I heard the boy question. “No... I’m gonna hang with some friends after school. It’s more like a chore actually.” Aura paused for a moment then continued. “Why? Are you sad that I’m too busy to go home with you?” She laughed as I watched the boy roll his eyes. Hn, there was a chance that he could like her after all. ... HAH. Right! Only an idiot would date her! “You’re so-” That guy was instantly interrupted. “Amazing?” She flirted as he somewhat shook his head. Wow... she seriously is a sl*t on a regular basis! That’s just... amazing. Aura’s gaze then met mine. “RAYNE!” She jumped up and waved. Sasuke looked at me and shrugged while I did the same. “I’ll see you later, Sasuke!” She cheered as she quickly hugged him. I rolled my eyes and sighed as Sasuke walked away. Aura jumped me. “Hullo!” Aura grinned as I ignored the sight that I had previously seen. “Hey.” We both looked up to see Mei and Naruto. “You guys ready to go or what?” “Of course!” Aura smiled as I once again shrugged. As we made our way toward the parking lot, I noticed that both Naruto and Aura waved at Sasuke as he drove passed us. “Aura, do you have the list?” Naruto questioned her as she nodded. “Do you have your credit card?” “Yeah.” “Good, cause you’re gonna need it.” Well that didn’t seem obnoxious. “Guys...” Mei breathed as we stopped in our tracks. “What is it Mei?” I questioned as she shivered. “There’s a weird noise coming from that one car.” Our eyes followed her finger toward a white sports car. I could’ve sworn that Melon said that one of Jack’s friends owned a car like that. NO WAY. PLEASE- DO NOT... do not bring up the topic. I wouldn’t suggest that- “Oh my gawd! Jack really did get raped and thrown into a trunk!” Aura gasped, I honestly hoped she was exaggerating. “Gawd Aurora, you’re scaring me.” Naruto whined as she frowned and hugged him. “Sorry!” “Rayne... what if-” I instantly covered my ears at Mei’s theory. “Well there’s only one way to find out.” Aura smirked as she pulled out her phone. “Jack, Jack, Jack...” She muttered as she scrolled through her contacts. “May I ask what’s going on?” Naruto raised a brow. “We have a theory that our friend really did get raped and thrown into a trunk last week.” Mei was so... BLUNT about it. I covered my face and shook my head at this.

“GAWD!” We all screamed as our eyes widened. “Dude...” Mei breathed as she stepped closer to the car. “Guys... you’re freaking me out.” Naruto twitched as Aura touched the trunk. “The alarm might go off but... what if-” I couldn’t take this anymore. I’d do anything to drive out of this campus right now. “Just open it already.” I muttered as we all tapped onto the trunk. “Jack... It’s Aura, JACK, ARE YOU IN THERE?” Aura screamed as another tapping noise erupted from the trunk. “No... way.” I breathed as Aura nodded. “Mei... call Melon and ask for Jack’s house number...”
After a couple minutes, Mei nodded and closed her phone. “Jack’s parents said that he hasn’t come home in days...” Mei spoke as we all froze in a state of horror. WHY WAS THIS HAPPENING? I almost began to cry due to all of this f*cked up chaos. “Okay, time for the moment of truth.” Aura breathed as she looked at Naruto. He unwillingly grasped part of the trunk, Mei helped and I bit my lip as we all lifted. The car alarm went off and that instantly brought Allison out to the parking lot. She was running toward us in her cheerleading uniform, her car keys and pompoms in hand. “What the heck are you guys doing by my car?” She growled as Naruto stepped forward. “My friends here have a little theory about what might be in the back trunk.” He spoke as she stiffened a bit. “You wouldn’t mind opening it and showing us would you?” Naruto was... SEDUCING her. “Sorry- but.” She stuttered and Aura rolled her eyes. She instantly grasped Allison’s wrist and ripped the key out of her hand. “Thank you.” Aura sighed as she pressed the right button. The trunk door flipped open and Mei peeked inside. “AH!” She screamed as I looked over. “No way...” I breathed once more. “Don’t- don’t look!” Allison shrieked as Aura began to laugh. “You’re one sick joke.” “That’s... just plain creepy.” Naruto spoke as I pulled out Jack’s gag. “THE F*CK!” He screamed as he sat up. Mei and I instantly untied him and he ran off screaming like a little girl. It truly was interesting...
Well after we walked away from the sobbing cheerleader, we went shopping for the supplies at a convenience store. Aura ripped the list half and demanded that everyone throw whatever they needed into a single cart. We all nodded and walked off. I looked at Mei and wondered how she wasn’t traumatized. “Gawd... Mei- how can you act as if nothing happened.” I breathed as I somewhat wondered where Jack ran off to. “That’s because-” She began to turn toward me. “IT WAS THE MOST HILARIOUS THING I HAD EVER SEEN!” She blurted out as I held my face. “No, that was just creepy.” I replied I grasped the red and purple paper plates. “That’s also true.” Mei noted as I attempted to focus back on Sai’s birthday. “Gosh, look at all these emo colors. Was Aura serious about all of this black, purple and red?” I questioned as Mei shrugged. “I guess-” Mei was instantly interrupted. “OH RAYNE!” I twitched and turned toward Aura, Naruto right behind her. “LOOK WHAT I FOUND!” She screamed while waving THAT orange book. “Gawd... no...” I breathed as she nodded. “Yep! LOOK!” She squealed as she pulled out the green-covered sequel. “What’s that?” Mei questioned as Aura stopped flailing. “It’s... THE BOOK.” She replied as Mei covered her eyes. “NO! I CAN’T!” Mei hid behind me as Naruto tilted his head. “The Book?” He whispered as Aura nodded. “Naru! I swear... your grandfather is the one who writes these porno books!” Aura spoke bluntly as Naruto’s eyes widened. He instantly pulled them out of her hands and read the author’s name. “Wha-AH! HE DID!” Naruto instantly threw the books onto the ground. “Nice acting Naru but I was just kidding.” Aura muttered as Naruto grasped his chest. “WELL I WASN’T!” My face, as well as Mei’s instantly dropped. “Wh-what are you talking about?” Mei inquired as I covered my ears. There was just TOO much mental scarring going on today. I was surprised that I was still alive! “That’s- that’s my grandfather’s pen name...” Naruto swallowed as we all turned around to hear a whistle.
My eyes almost bugged out when I saw Mr. Kakashi walking toward us. “OH MY GAWD! HIYA, MR. KAKASHI!” Aura greeted loudly, he instantly spotted us and walked forward. “Hey, Kids. How are-” SH*T!!! His eyes shifted when he spotted the books in Naruto and Aura’s hands. “Uh- it’s nice to see you kids reading these days but...” I watched as red sprinkled his cheeks. “Mr. Kakashi... is this book about...” Aura’s voice trailed off but the question still lingered in her eyes. “Mr. Kakashi is a pe-” “You kids are too young to read-” He totally couldn’t defend himself. “Please, I bet you Aurora writes worse-.” Naruto mumbled as Aura happily stomped on his foot. Naruto bit his tongue and Aura kept smiling at Mr. Kakashi. “This book looked very interesting; maybe I’ll give it a try.” Aura smiled as Mr. Kakashi’s body twitched. “Hn, it’s very interesting indeed... Oh well- will you look at the time! I have to get home soon!” He backed away and ran off. “It’s true.” Mei whispered. “Yep.” Aura added. “It’s PORN!” I screamed as I ripped it from her fingers and looked through it. I almost fainted from all the &%^$%# and the *&#%^$@.
After more dramatizing events, we went to the cash register to pay for all of this party stuff. Who knew a normal store such as this would hold all of the things we needed. “Hm! I can’t believe his birthday is on Friday... Princesses just grow up so fast.” Aura sniffled as Mei rolled her eyes. My eyes instantly narrowed. “Princess... Mei... I have a feeling that Sai- and Naruto are g-” “NO WAY? REALLY? STUPID!” Mei spoke quickly as I stepped back. “D-U-H.” She finished as I held my breath. SAI AND NARUTO WERE GAY? Yep, life was f*cked.
