Naruto went into a guitar solo and you repeated the last two lines a few more times before the song was over.
"Dang Sasuke that was good one!" you said to him. He just sat there and smiled.
"How'd you come up with that?"
He blushed and looked down and before he answered you heard a knock on the garage door. You opened it and it was Sakura.
"I heard you guys playing from outside. You did great Sasuke. I loved the drums!"
He just rolled his eyes and you pretended to gag when she wasn't looking.
"Thanks Sakura."
Sasuke had a dull voice and didn't really mean the thanks but Sakura squeeled none the less. She ran over to him and threw her arms around him.
"You wanna go out to a cafe? I wanna know how you write such beautiful songs!"
"Hey I write all of our songs! That was the only one Sasuke wrote!" you yelled. You didn't want Sasuke getting all the credit just because he wrote one good song.
Sakura simply glared at you.
"She's right Sakura. Coco writes all of our songs, I only wrote the one we just practiced."
"Well that one's my favorite!"
"Yeah because Sasuke wrote it!"
"No! It was my favorite before I knew! Sasuke's just an amazing writer! Your songs suck!"
"Hey!"
You all got mad at her for saying that.
"Coco's an amazing song writer!"
"Yeah! Why do you think we get so many gigs?"
"You guys are only opening acts! If Sasuke wrote your songs you'd be famous!"
Sasuke got up and pushed Sakura off of him.
"Get out Sakura."
"But Sasuke I-"
"I said get out! Don't insult Coco like that! She's the heart and soul of this band! Without her we'd be nothing! Come back when you can appreciate her talent, or don't come back at all!"
She looked at you and then at Sasuke. She ran out of your garage crying. Sasuke sat back down still looking angry.
"Alright. I think practice is over for today. You guys can go."
Naruto put his guitar in its case and waved at you both before he left. You turned to Sasuke.
"You goin home?"
"I can't believe you!"
"Huh?"
"It's Friday! I never go home on Fridays!"
You both smiled. You and Sasuke were best friends and you always had Friday night movies. He would stay over sat your house and you both would watch movies all night. You would watch comedy, horror, classic, and have endless snacks!
You got out the snacks and Sasuke put in the movie. You went out and sat on the couch next to him. You put the snacks on the table and started eating some of the doritos.
The movie Sasuke had put in was National Treasure.
"National Treasure? Really?"
"It's a good movie!"
You just smiled and watched it. About half way through the movie Sasuke had put his arm around you.
You looked up at him shocked. Sasuke had never so much as leaned up against you on movie night.
"Sasuke?"
You looked him in the eyes. But you didn't see Sasuke, your friend. You saw someone else.
You had always liked Sasuke but you had never thought he'd feel the same.
"Sasuke?"
You both looked at each other. Looked over each other's eyes, lips. Next thing you knew Sasuke grabbed you and kissed you. It's not like you said no.
You both continued to kiss until you broke for air. You both just sat there and stared.
"Well I think it's safe to say that our friendship is officially ruined."
You laughed and kissed Sasuke again.
"I love you Coco. I always have."
"Really?"
"I wrote that song about you."
You sat there shocked. That whole song was about you?
"You can't be serious."
"I am!It's because I love you."
You kissed Sasuke with all of your love.
"I love you too Sasuke."
You both were about to kiss again when you heard your phone ring. It wouldn't be that important if it wasn't your band phone. It only rang when it was something important.
"Hello?"
"Is this Coco Mizrahi?"
"Yes. Who is this?"
"Marc Santos. We'd like to book you as our opening act here in America."
Your mouth fell open.
"Who are we opening for?"
You heard the man arguing with a woman and she grabbed the phone.
"Hello? Coco ya there?"
"Hello?"
The voice sounded familiar but you had never spoken to this woman before.
"I got a gig in a month up in New York and I want SACONA as my opening act. Can ya do it?"
"Yeah! But who are we opening for?"
"P!nk stupid! You're opening for me!"
You started screaming and jumping up and down. Sasuke got a little scared.
"Coco what's wrong?!"
"WE'RE GONNA BE AN OPENING ACT FOR P!NK NEXT MONTH!!!!"
"Are you serious?!"
"YES!!!!!"
You said yes to the gig and made all the arrangements. You phoned Naruto and told him everything.
"I can't believe this!!! This is so amazing I'm s-"
Sasuke grabbed you and kissed you. You kissed him back and smiled into it. He spun you around and you put your forehead against his.
"I love you Coco."
You kissed him again.
"I love you too Sasuke."
You both kept kissing and laughing the whole night and into the next day.
