The Night Of Terror [Pt. One]
Chapter 6 : The Night Of Terror [Pt. Six]
John got there too late. He saw Jessica had been stabbed to death she was also missing her right foot and an arm. He couldn’t think clearly… two of best friends had died that night. He had to find Erin
“ERIN!”
John was getting extremely frustrated. He had lost two good friends… let’s not make it three. He tried to focus and think What Would Erin Do? Then it hit him. She would most likely go get help from the nearest neighbor.
Since the street ended to the right the only other way was to go left. He heard something near a bush but decided it was his imagination. He should have paid more attention.
Erin had run for about ten minutes and had finally come to a house. She knocked desperately on the door. She had come to the conclusion that nobody was home and decided to break into the house. She would probably find a phone. Erin found the phone but lost all hopes when she found out it had no line. She was about to go somewhere else when she saw it.
John had been caught of guard. The noise he had heard earlier was a man. He had tackled him down and was about to stab him when another man appeared. Most of his body was covered in blood. The strange man came closer to the man holding John down. John tried desperately to break free of his capture’s grip but failed miserably.
“Come on John, Jessica didn’t struggle… but yet again she was already half dead.”
He put the knife right on John’s calf and was about to rotate it clock wise when there was a sudden sound of gun fire. John didn’t know what was happening. Within minutes his two attackers were on the floor. Unmoving.
Erin: John are you ok?
John: Yeah. Where did you get the gun?
Erin: I’ll explain later I got to go get Jessica.
John: She’s… she didn’t make it
Erin didn’t know what to do expect ask: “And Carlos?”
John: He gave his life for me to get you guys…
Erin eyes began to sting.
John: Come on we need to go.
Erin: The car won’t make it all the way.
John: We’ll manage.
The car broke down about half way to Erin’s house.
John: Come on. We can walk the rest.
Before they abandoned the car Erin searched for something that could help John’s wound.
