An old church in Boston, abandoned, burnt, destroyed and disgusting it now serves as the refuge for Magneto's brotherhood of evil mutants.
The Brotherhood and church have a lot in common.A few years ago the church was ashuge, popular and asstrong as The Brotherhood used to be.
They are still alike now. The church was ruined in a battle a few weeks ago, this battle was also the ruining of The Brotherhood.
The x-men found the church in the middle of a rallying. All of The Brotherhood were in the church and almost all were caught.
All save four,some of themost dangerous mutants on earth.
Magneto, the leader and founder of The Brotherhood.
Juggernaut,a mutant capable of lifting 100 tonnes.
Sabretooth, nothing but a cold-blooded killer.
And Quicksilver, not as dangerous as his peers but his power of super speed makes it easy to escape danger.
The four mutants stand in a circle now, in the middle of the derelict church.
Magneto is the centre of attention, he takes a while to speak, and when he finally does the words are said with great sorrow.
'For once in my life....I do not know what to do.....Perhaps....Perhaps the brotherhood is over...'
None of the four men know what else to say, but someone, an uninvited guest who has been eavesdropping undected, does.
'Yes it's over'
The four men are startled and turn to the sound of the voice..but all they can see in the shadows are two red eyes. The eyes speak again.
'Let the Brotherhood burn, andfrom it's ashes rise...The Horsemen.'
There is a long pause before the last two words and as it's said, although no one can see, everyone can feel the speaker smiling.
Magneto takes a few steps towards the eyes and strongly states:
'You do not frighten me x-man, your pathetic 'Horsemen' will never be theursurper of the Brotherhood'
The eyes speak again
'X-man? Oh no, you mistake the predator for the prey..'
And the eyes finally take a step out of the shadows, It is a huge man, possibly nine feet tall, he has wires attached to his chest leading from his head and his skin is grey. His eyes, teeth and nailsare red and his hair is blue, his legs have blue armor on that look robotic, especially with the flashing lights and more wires. On his belt 'buckle' there is a big, silver 'A'.
All four mutants gasp, they already know his name before he says it.
'I am Apocalypse, and you have the privilege of becoming my new horsemen. War, Death, Pestilence, Famine. Humanity is useless without the X-men to save them, and by tommorrow the X-men will be dead-'
He is interupted by Juggernaut
'There are too many X-men for us to kill,unless you plan on doing it by yourself whichI doubt even you ca-'
Juggernaut is interupted in turn by Apocalypse
'Do not question my methods,you no nothing of my plans, but I admit your argumentative spirit will make you into a excellent Horseman'
