KK good, I miss you already

I bit my lip as I stared at the screen before putting it away. Yes, it is true I am in love with the one and only Joseph Jonas. I was so scared, but he is different from every guy I have ever known. I smiled and grabbed my keys and ran to my car. I traveled down the now all to familiar road to Joe’s house. Life was good right now, I had the heart of an amazing guy, not to mention my dad was gone on some business trip this month. I pulled up to Joe’s house and pulled into my usual parking space. I sighed happily and climbed out of my car. I was wearing some torn blue jeans and a Black Slipknot tank top. I tucked my keys into my purse and walked up the driveway.

I knocked twice as I was opening the big oak door. This place had become practically my second home.

“Hola” I called as I shut the door behind me

I heard various hola’s come from different parts of the house. I hung my purse on the coat rack and walked into the living room, I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist “Hola” was whispered lightly in my ear. I sighed and ran my hands over his arms and tilted my head back so I could look at him.

“Hey babe” I said

“Hey love” He smiled down at me and brought his lips softly to mine. I felt myself melt a little. I opened my mouth and he intensified the kiss. I ran my fingers through his hair before I heard “Eeeeewwwww….get a room” We pulled away laughing

“Real nice bro” Joe said mockingly glaring at Nick.
”I try” Nick smiled

We both laughed and sat on the couch.

“I have something for you” We both said at the same time.

“Together” Joe said

I slipped the red cardboard box out of my purse and handed it to him. Joe handed me a blue velvet box. I opened the box and looked down at the silver band.

“Joe, this is your ring” I said

“Yes, it was the promise ring my parents gave me. I am now promising myself wholly to you, everything I am is yours” Joe said looking into my eyes “Look on the inside” I smiled and turned the ring to read the inscription. I love you with every inch of my heart. J J always. I smiled and a single tear fell. Joe wiped it away.

“Do you like it?” he asked nervously

“I love it, now open yours.” I said

Joe opened the box and let out a sigh. He looked up at me confused.

“Your mom’s cross? I can’t accept this” Joe said.

“Yes you can, and you will” I smiled my mom had given me that cross a week before she died.

“But jess, it s so important to you, you never take it off” He replied

“Joe, I gave you the most precious possession I own as a representation of my heart. I have never given my heart away, it is most delicate, I am trusting you with both of them because I love you Joe Jonas” I said choking a little on the last part.

Joe smiled “I love you too Jessica Jameson” He quickly kissed me and slipped the delicate chain around his neck. While I slipped the ring he had sized down for me on my left ring finger.
