VIKKI'S POV: After seeing my sister with her tongue down Alex's throat I bolted into the house and straight up to my room, I walked through the room that Alex had helped me paint not to long ago and ran into my bathroom closing and locking the door behind me. Seconds later I heard Jack pounding on the door, "Vikki open the door. Come on baby girl." He pleaded. Then the voice changed to one that I hadn't heard in a while, Marissa's sweet weak voice came from the other side of the door as I wiped my tears and tried to compose myself. "Vikki, are you okay?" She asked. I could hear the exhaustion in her voice, she shouldn't be out of bed. I opened the door and looked at me sickly little sister who was leaning against the door frame with her half lidded eyes. I threw an arm around her careful not to catch my bracelets in her hair as we started back towards her room, "Marissa I'm fine. It's just a fight with Alex, you know how that goes." I said as we I pushed her door open with my toe and tucked her back into bed. "Don't worry about anything honey." I said kissing her forehead then getting up to leave. Her clammy hand caught my wrist, "I know that you love him, and he loves you back. You guys need to settle this all out and get together." She cracked a small smile, "If I only get to see one happy thing before I die, I want to see you and Alex together." She whispered. I started down at her a little shocked that a girl who sat in her room all day could know so much. "Don't talk like that." I said shaking my head and leaving her room only to get pulled back into my room by three very demanding boys. "You. Talk. Now." Jack said as they all stood in front of me so I couldn't get out of my room without having to kick one of them, which they knew I wouldn't do. I looked up at him tears pricking the back of my eyes again, god damn Alex. Every time I looked at any of the boys in the band they all reminded me of him, which reminded me of him and my sister playing tonsil hockey on my lawn. "Zack, Rian, can you guys leave?" I asked feebly as I grabbed the giant Tigger that Alex had bought me for my 8th b-day. They agreed but I knew they'd be on the other side of the door pressing their ears to the door listening to everything I'd say to Jack. "I kissed Alex last night. And it felt right but I know he doesn't like me like that so I told him it was a mistake. But I really wanted to tell him the truth and then I found Lizzie eating his face." I said sounding sad as I buried my face in the Tigger. "Oh." Was all Jack said as he rubbed my back, "I don't know what to tell you Vikki. You know that Alex is kinda a whore. I mean you've seen the way that he goes through girls, Lizzie is just another pretty face to him and you know it. Plus I bet it was her idea, no offense." I smiled at Jack. He always knew what to say and when to say it, even if he was addicted to taking his shirt off. "You can say whatever you want about Lizzie you know I don't like her. Hey can I ask you a major favor?" I said suddenly getting an idea of how to drive Alex crazy. Jack gave me a strange look, "You have to shine in your eyes, what are you planning?" He asked looking scared. Okay so maybe I was known for being a very big schemer and Jack knew that I always had a plan, weather he approved or not. "Pretend to be my boyfriend?" I asked with a weak smile. Misery likes company Alexander.
