Then you felt a pain in your stomach.He had stabbed you.You screamed as loud as you could before he smacked his lips into yours.

Eragon's POV(me:only 4 a bit.)
"We did it!"you cried as you finally left the castle."Yes,but was it-"then a loud scream:a woman's scream cried in the night interrupting Brom.For a minute you were scared then you turned to Brom and Joed with pleading eyes.You wanted to help the woman no matter what.The scream sounded horrible and filled with pain.They plainly shook their heads."You cannot help Eragon.As much as you wanted to.You are not strong enough yet."
"But my magic-"then another cry of pain came but this time it came not from a woman but a dragon.And then he realized it was coming from inside his head.Saphira!Are you alright? he asked hoping she was not hurt.It was not my cry Eragon but Gareth's.Ara is getting beaten badly somewhere in that village.She was just stabbed and now she is being beaten...to the point of death. she answered with the end given a bitter tone."I told her to stay in the house."you murmured and started to run for you knew that scream was Ara."Boy!Where are you going?!?"cried Brom."Saphira says that Ara is being beaten and has been stabbed.And I know that cry is from her."he yelled back not caring who heard it.This was Ara they were talking about.

Ara's POV
The man was beating you badly now for you wouldn't do anything he asked.He had already stabbed you and the blood was oozing from you so quickly that you swore you had already lost half of your blood.The pain of the beating wasn't hurting you anymore because your body was going numb.And even though the man was swearing at you and yelling you weren't listening.All you were thinking about was Gareth and Eragon.If you died Gareth would probably be forced to another rider or would be too depressed to save anybody.And Eragon...you didn't how he would react.You tried reaching him and Gareth but you couldn't for you were loosing energy fast.Well a beating is better than rape. you thought looking up the streets to see if there was anyone...anyone who could save you. Then you heard other footsteps and saw the other soldiers heading this way.
You let out a silent cry.They wouldn't help you.No one would be able to help you now.Eragon,Joed and Brom were probably returning from their mission and just finding out that you were missing.And by the time they got here you would be dead and your killers gone.Eragon would weep over you and Gareth would come not caring if anyone saw him.They would all weep for the fallen rider.Than you pushed those thoughts away.You were going to live.To live with Eragon and cuddle with him one more night.To be a hero.You had to live.Who would relate with Eragon with you gone?That gave you courage.You breathed in and started to slither your hand towards your sais.By now the other soldiers were thinking that they should show the small girl who's boss.Many were kicking her,others were feeling her body (me:srry about the grossness!)."Ugh."you said and soon you reached your sais. You smiled but then a soldier kicked you hard in the ribs.It took your breath away.You gasped for air as you tried to get into ball.
You couldn't take anymore of this.You grabbed your sais and got to your feet quickly.The soldiers all laughed at you as you took both sais out.You smiled."Anyone brave enough to try on a girl with two very pointy knives?"you asked playfully.One of the soldiers came up smiling and didn't even draw his sword.He smiled at you and winked."Ugh!"you said and attacked.Spinning you cut into his shirt making at least a half a dozen long scratches.He looked in disbelief at his chest and pure anger washed over his face as his friends laughed at him. He swung a punch at you and it just touched your chest.You started to laugh suddenly and kicked him to the ground knocking him out."Any other takers?"you asked.They all exchanged glances and then they all started to gang up on you.They started to punch you again and you were knocked to the ground and soon the sais were taken from your hands.This is it. you thought staring at the ground.Then you heard something behind the soldiers.
"Ahh!"they all cried and they were all blasted away.You turned your head as much as it hurt and saw Brom several feet away with Eragon and Joed behind him.A sigh escaped your lips.You then noticed the warm liquid slowly dripping down the side of your face.You knew what it was.Blood.But you didn't care.Your saviors have come to save you.You stared at them as they looked at the bodies to see who was you."Era-"you started but you couldn't go on.Your voice was suddemly gone and you felt numb all over.Don't lose consciousness Ara. you told yourself looking at them.Than Eragon noticed you."Over here!"he cried and ran to your side.He grabbed your hand but you didn't feel it.Then tears started to well up in your eyes."My savior."you whispered clutching his hair.He had tears in his eyes you noticed.You tried to give a weak smile as Brom and Joed came over."Oh my God Ara.What happened?"asked Brom.You didn't know what to do.You couldn't speak.Then you remembered the scenery pictures that Gareth gave you.You quickly laid your hand across Eragon's cheek and sent the images (images of the fight) through his head.

Eragon's POV
The images went quickly through your head but what you saw made you want to cry and hurt those men.Now you wished it was you who killed off those men...especially the first soldier(the perv).Then suddenly everything came back into focus and you saw Ara in front of you with her hand still caressing your cheek.You wanted to kiss her than and there but if you did you knew that she had no chance.You then found a new fire in you that wasn't there before.You looked down at Ara and her eyes were starting to get cloudy and far away."Giva sim leif ta el!(MUW:it means give some life to her)!"Than you heard Brom cry behind you "No!"And soon you felt your energy leave your body."No!"Ara cried and held your shoulder.Than you felt the energy that was leaving you come back."Please take it!Whatever life's there take it(me:i kno it comes from the movie but bear with me)!"you said tears finally spilling over.She just simply shook her head and smiled.
