More Condos in San Antonio

As I heard from a friend, Pinnacle at Oak Hills is teaming up with Starbucks (in the Medical Center) to give out free coffee on August 27 from 1-3 p.m. I’ve also seen the sales team in and out of that Starbucks in the past week promoting the event. I’ll show up for a free cup of coffee and other collateral that they’re handing out!
When I checked last week there are still units available at Pinnacle at Oak Hills. I want to buy one of these condos so I can hang out at their pool and clubhouse area- it’s great, plus they’re offering no HOA fees for a year, which would definitely help me with the cost of living. Pinnacle’s sister property is Slate Creek at Westover Hills and they’re offering 10-15% discounts on Phase 1- I just can’t decide what area of San Antonio I want to live.
I also continue to check back with the AMP Condo site, because it’s an easy place for me to keep a watch on the price range I want and what area of San Antonio that it’s in. I’ll update here again as soon as I hear anything new and noteworthy.
