I Take Games Very Seriously {A Matt/ Mail Jeevas Fan Fic} Part 1

A REMINDER: I'M GETTING TIRED OF TALKING IN (FIRST, IS IT FIRST?) PERSON, SO IM CHANGING IT TO THIRD PERSON ^^.

In a few minutes she heard Matt knock at the door.

"H-hikari," he said, his voice crackin. "I d-didn't mean t-to hurt you,"

Hikari could tell he was crying too.

"If you w-want me I'm in my r-room,"

Hikari heard his door closed and beeping sounds coming from his room. He's playing a video game, that mean's he won't listen.. she thought, snuggling up in her covers.

She woke up to the smell of ramen. Both Mello and Matt were eating it- instant. Hikari wrinkled her nose in disgust and went to put on some decent clothes. (She's in her jammies ^^)

"Where are you going?" Mello asked when she walked to the door.

Hikari glared at him. It was his fault all this was happening "To the store, so I can make something decent," she snapped and went out the door. Hikari heard footsteps behind her and looked around to see MAtt catching up to her. "What do you want?" she hissed.

Matt frowned at her attitude. "I'm sorry.." he said with a sigh, and took her under his arms.

Hikari sighed and wrapped her arms around him. "I'm sorry too.."

HE smiled. "Well, what do you want to make?" he asked her. "Can we make unagi, please?" he begged.

Hikari laughed. "Yea, sure," they had gotten to the store already and she told him to go get the eel.

"Hello, pretty lady" she heard a voice say. Hikari turned around.

"Matt, didn't I say go get the ee-" but Hikari didn't see Matt. It was a bunch of gansters. She let out a tiny scream, but they covered her mouth. (ok, imagine the scene when light used the D.N. on the motor cycle guy.. that's what's happening to her)

"Hikari?" she heard Matt's voice call. "Are you ok?"

"Tell him your fine, princess," the man growled in her ear.

"I-I'm fine," she managed to choke out.

"Ok!" Matt called, but he could tell she wasn't. He grabbed a large wine bottle and sneaked into the aisle she was in. The men had a long pole to her neck (i think to keep her head up) and they were trying to unzip her skirt adn unbutton her shirt.

"N-no, p-please, d-don't" she pleaded quietly.

Matt ran out and hit the leader of them on the head with the wine bottle. It shattered and the man fainted. The others looked to see another bottle in his hand. "Get away from my girlfriend," he growled at them. Their eyes grew wide and they scampered away.

Hikari ran into Matt's arms, her body shaking. "That.. was so scary.." she said, as he pulled her closer to him.

"You think you were scared," he scoffed. "I was afraid I would lose you again," he said.

A man came up to them. His hair was light (HINT HINT LOL), and his face a pale. "That was quite a scene," he said. "I'm Light Yagami," He said, stretching out his hand.
