{My Roommate's A Super-Sexy Vampire....So What?}

"Hi Yazmine." Quinn shook Yazmine's hand firmly and stared at the girl.

She was pretty enough, but the way she wore her hair and the color's blotched on her clothes obviously shouted look at me! Though her hair was previously blonde, she'd died it pink, red, and purple, streaking and mixing together. Her bangs, thought, were blue, and Quinn glanced uneasily at the tongue ring as Yazmine licked her lips.

"Hey. It's nice to meet you." Yazmine said in an unbelievable innocent voice. Quinn nodded.

"Likewise." Quinn sipped her tea and Yazmine picked at her neon orange nails.

"Wait, you said you were ok with pets, right?" Yazmine suddenly asked. Quinn's face fell.

"I'm sorry…" Quinn stood and reached to shake Yazmine's hand as a goodbye but Yazmine cursed loudly and headed out the door. Quinn shook her head sadly and as she sat back down, exhaled loudly.

"She would've been a horrible roommate anyways." The man suddenly sitting in Yamine's old seat said lazily. Quinn jumped and met Sam's gaze.

"You must be Samuel." She smiled with reassurance as Sam nodded.

"You can call me Sam. And you must be Aquinnah." Sam reached across the table to shake Quinn's hand.

"And you can call me Quinn." Sam nodded and crossed his legs at the feet.

That's when Quinn assessed him for her taste.

His hair, almost white, was blonde and glowed in the over head light of the lamp. He must've not been from around here because he was pale and his eyes were greyer than the murky sky on rainy days. He had his fingers elegantly laced on his stomach and Quinn decided he was perfect.

"I read your e-mail and I was sold right then and there." Quinn explained. Sam grinned.

"I'm glad I qualify for your tastes." He answered.

They talked a while more and then it was settled.

Sam would move in within the week.

Too bad Quinn didn't know the one thing she should've that Sam had left out.

He was a vampire.
