So time went and you and Snape were seeing eachother like every night. The Christmas holidays were about to start. This year you wouldn't go home. And it looked like you were the only one from Gryffindors who wouldn't. Twins left last night and now Christmas holiday started. You actually thought of going home but you didn't. Even if Arthur was hurt you didn't go home.
You woke up rather late that day. You went down to your, now favorite office. You went in and saw Severus talking wit Umbrige.
"Miss Tonks haven't you heard of knocking?" Severus asked annoyed.
"Sorry."
"What was that you wanted then?"
"I umm....I wanted to ask you if you have checked our essays and if I can have mine back if you have."
"Yes, you can have it back. But you have to find it yourself." Sev said and wawed his wand. A big box of pergamets appeared infront of you. You started to look for yours.
"Well that was actually everything I wanted Profesor Snape. Good day to you." Umbrige said and left. You sighed.
"That was pretty close." You said.
"It sure was." Sev said as he came to you and kissed you. "
So what are you doing today?" He asked.
"Umm I was thinking of staying here." You said smiling.
"I was thinking exactly the same thing." Sev said and kissed you again.
And again- time passed. It was all getting worse with Umbrige. You, Fred and George were planning to do something for that. And you couldn't really say that you liked the thought for all 100%.
"...and your homework is to write an essay about defence curses." It was another boring lesson with Umbridge.
"Yes Miss Tonks?"
"I was wondering- should we write with black ink or you better prefer blood red?" You asked innocently.
"Detention Miss Tonks." Umbridge said looking angrily at you while class laughed.
"Already have one." She glared at you and you left the class because it was over. Ok. Sometimes it was even funny.
You went to Sev's office the day before your big plan. You went in and Severus looked up. He already could tell that something was wrong.
"What's wrong Call?" You went to his table and he looked concerned.
"I don't know how to tell you this." You said sobbing.
"Calm down sweetheart." Sev said and put his hands on your shoulders.
"I'm leaving."
"What? What do you mean?"
"I'm leaving tomorrow."
"Where?"
"Me and twins are getting out of here tomorrow. They are opening their shop and I got a job at the Flourish and Blotts untill twin's buisness is running and I have to go and help them with it." You said still sobbing.
"You meant to say hat you are not finishing school?"
"Yeah. I don't need it."
"But what about your future?" "
What about it? I never wanted to work in the ministry or something. And I'll have time for the order too." You said.
"And what about our future?"
"I don't know... I really don't know." You said as tears fell from your eyes.
"Just don't cry Call. Please don't cry." Sev said and pulled you in his lap. He put his hands around you and you just sat there for a while. And the night went on...
The next day you left with the twins.
So, for the first month it was just great. You and Sev wrote to each other every day and the job was just great. You could handle it and you had a little apartment right next door the book shop.
"Call?" Mr.Blott looked at you.
"Yes Mr. Blott?"
"You don't look too good." He said, "May be go and rest for a minute?"
"No it's ok. I have Doctor's apointment in half an hour so don't worry." You said smiling.
An hour later you were in the hospital waiting for the results. You specially went to the doctor's because you thought it might be right.
The doctor came in and smiled..
"It's positive." She said. You smiled.
"Really?"
"100% sure." You couldn't help but smile. You touched your belly, "Congratulations."
After that you went back to the bookstore. You explaned everything to Mr. Blott. You thought he won't be happy because he just hired you and now you were pregnant but he was really happy for you.
Time went and the summer started. You weren't exactly yourself after Sirius died. It was hard to lose him.
You and Sev somehow stopped writting to each other. It all somehow faded and it really hurt. You never told him about the baby.
Dora, your mum and dad all knew that you were pregnant. You never told them who was the father.
You wore baggy clothes for the work. Noone really noticed you being pregnant.
And then, one day he came. But you didn't want to see him then. He stopped writting. He ignored you why would you like to meet him?
"Ahh hello Professor." Mr. Blott said smiling. You were behind the shelves, behind Sev so he couldn't see you, "Came to pick up the school books?"
"Yes Mr. Blott." Snape said, "I also wanted to see Miss Tonks. Is she here at the moment?" You shook your head and showed Mr. Blott with your hands to tell him no. He saw you.
"I'm afraid no sir. She's not here. She went to pick up some books."
"And when she's coming back?"
"Tomorrow sir."
"Well thank you anyways." Snape said. He got the books he needed and went away. ONly then you went out from behind the shelf. Mr. Blott looked at you.
"What?"
"Care to explain?"
"I just didn't want to see him." You said. Mr. Blott shook his head and walked away.
And that's how it went for the next few months. You never saw Sev again, nor did you write to each other. People started to find out that you were pregnant because it was harder to hide it as the time went. Sev never knew about it. Nor anyone else knew who was the father. But you wanted it to stay this way for a while...
