Cookie Crumbs (A Kankuro Love Story) ~Chapter One: New Friends

~~Kankuro's POV

You waited outside the door with one of your friends from Suna (And your brother's fan-girl...) Matsuri, and a kid from the sound villiage.

"Hey." you greeted an the boy with white hair and glasses waved back.

"Hello. My name is Kabuto."

"Kabuto what?"

He smiled, "Gomen. Kabuto Yakushi." she said, pushing up his glasses.

"Kankuro No Sabaku. Nice to meet you." you said, stretching your hand out.

"No Sabaku... Doesn't that mean 'of the desert'?" he asked, shaking it.

"Hai. It does."

He smirked, "Thought so."

You heard cheers from inside the classroom and you turned your attention to it.

"Here they are!" Ibiki said openeing the door.

You ran in and punched your fist in the air, "Kankuro No Sabaku has arrived!" you yelled.

It was completely silent then some kids laughed and others just stared at you like you were an alien being chased by the FBI and the mother ship just zabbed you in the room while you were holding a steeming bazooka covered in flowers.

You had a crazy imagination.

You laughed at their faces and a girl with her hair in two brown braids jumped up from her desk and pointed at you, "YOU'RE HIM!!!"

Everything went more quiet then it did when you made your entrance.

"Um... Yeah. I'm him...?" I said, raising an eyebrow and Kabuto and Matsuri laughed.

"Oh, gomen." she said as a boy with long black hair pulled her back in her seat. "I'm Tenten. I was on the phone with Tsuki last time we called."

"Oooo, Kankuro got a call from a girl."

"Oh shut up."

"Ahem." you all turned your attention back to Ibiki, "Can we continue?"

"Gomen." you and the Konoha students apologized.

"As you know from his extremely loud entrance, this is Kankuo No Sabaku."

"Hola." you said, waving.

"This is Kabuto Yakushi."

Kabuto bowed, "Great to meet you all."

"And Matsuri Yokenfowa (Made up last name)."

"Cool." Tenten said.

"Tenten. Since you already know Kankuro, you can show him around."

"Um, okay. I'm cool with that." Tenten said and you jumped on her desk table top.

"Don't sit on the d-"

"You want me to sit on the floor?"

"Yeah."

"No."

"Kankur-"

"NO!"

"Fine. Neji Hyuuga." Ibiki pointed at the black haired boy, "You can show around Kabuto." Kabuto walked over and stood by Neji's desk.

"And Matsuri... Hm... I can't really trust anyone else." the rest of the class snickered and, as if on que, some one barged into the classroom.

"HELLO FELLOW YOUTHFUL STUDENTS!!!" someone in green yelled.

"Um... Aren't you in middle school?"

~~At the middle school

Tsunade threw her papers in the air, "HA HA HA!!! Thank GOD we found out Lee is a year older then he really is!"

Shizune clutched TonTon, "That's kinda messed up, Tsunade-Sama."

"Oh." Tsunade coughed, "Yes of course."

~~Back in high school

"Whatever. Matsura. Go with Lee."

"YAYZ!!!" Lee yelled and you just stared at him.

Why did he wear those clothes.

And that hair.

Eh, why did you wear the purple paint on your face?

You decided you couldn't make fun of him because you looked pretty ridiculous yourself.

Ibiki turned to you, "I have a question."

"Hai?"

"WHY are you wearing that make-up."

You jumped off the desk and banged your fist on it, you could hear Matsuri say, "Taboo."

"It's not make-up! And I wear it because 1: It's fun, 2: It makes me stand out, and 3: You know it looks awesome." you gave a cocky smirk and jumped back on the desk.

"Um, okay then."

And the bell rang.

Yay with a side of icecream! See why I made Lee in middle school in the beginning? It's so I could make that funny scene with Tsunade and Shizune ^_^
