Moon Princess- Intro

Kaily walked down the street in her normal walk that looked like she ruled the world. She stopped at the cross walk and waited to cross when she suddenly felt hot breath on her neck.
"Wha- oh its just you......." Kaily shouted spinning aroound holding a pencil as a wepon.
"Jeeze I thought that by now you would be used to that." Carl said putting his hands up as if to show he means no harm. Kaily put her 'wepon' down and looked at Carl defintly.
"Sorry. I'm just on edge today." She said walking out into the traffic. Carl lunged to stop her but missed by inches and watched in horor as a tractor trailer truck sped twords Kaily.
"NOOOO!!!!" Carl lept into the road as Kaily had stopped to pick up a penny. She turned around and smileing said,
"Look Carl!! A PENNY! Hahahaha now I have good luck and you don't!" Just as she said that the truck stopped and the driver got out yelling curses at Kaily all she did was stand there and waited for him to finish and when he did she showed him her penny. He muttered something then walked away.
"God Kaily why did you do that?!" Carl asked astounded. Kaily just shruged her shoulders and said,
"There goes all my luck from this little penny....." Kaily sounded disappointed about that. Carl shook his head and chuckled.
" Kaily thats why I love you." Carl said as he took the penny. Kaily look shocked.
"You know what I mean." Carl said after seeing her face.
"Yeah. Can I have the penny now?" Kaily said just going from one subject to another in the blink of an eye. Soon they had arrived at the school.
"HEY look who it is! Its Miss Albino Kaily!" Some jock shouted. Kaily glared at them and walked on. Carl just walked by them.
