~~~Sam's POV~~~

"That's really good."

Kevin said while bending down over Sam to look at the picture. Sam looked up towards him and then looked down towards her drawing.

"I guess."

"You guess? It really is awesome... I love how you designed the guitar... The patterns are so cool... Can I have it?"

"Uh... Sure... May I finish it first?"

"Oh.. Yeah sorry... I guess I lost myself."

"It's all right."

Sam said and then started to get up only to be inches apart from Kevin's face. He was standing right in front of her.

"Uh..."

Sam started to stay.

"Uh... I wanted to thank you... For saving me and my family."

"Uh, no problem."

Sam said while she felt her face start to blush when she felt Kevin's hand on her cheek. She saw his face getting closer to hers and she panicked. She looked over towards Star and gave her a look that begged for help. Star got it and started to snarl towards Kevin.

"What's wrong, Star?"

Sam asked acting like she didn't know what was going on. Kevin turned around and Star jumped on him.

Ok that's going too far.

Sam thought while running over towards Star, dragging her off of him and throwing her on the bed.

"Bad girl... But thank you."

Sam said in a mean voice but then whispered the last part and gave her a kiss on her muzzle.

"Are you all right?"

Sam asked while turning around to see Kevin getting up and seeing blood on his arm and chest.

"Geez she bit you."

"I'm all right."

"No... Let me clean you up."

Sam said and grabbed Kevin's arm and leading him towards the bathroom. She closed the door and Kevin sat on the sink counter while Sam grabbed first aid kit.

"Can you take off your shirt so I can get the scratch?"

Sam asked and then blush, Kevin nodded his head and took off his shirt. Sam cleaned the blood off of his arm and bandaged it up, and did the same to his chest. But when Sam placed her hand on his chest she felt him flinch a little.

"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to hurt you."

"It's all right... It tickled."

Kevin said and Sam smiled and looked at Kevin's face. As soon as he was all bandaged up Sam put the first aid kit away and turned back to Kevin. He didn't say anything; he didn't need to say anything to make Sam's stomach turn.

"Again... I'm really sorry I did-"

Sam was trying to talk to Kevin but inside felt his lips upon hers. Her head was in his hands. She just placed her hands on Kevin's chest and then worked her hands onto Kevin's neck.

~~~Kevin's POV~~~

Sam had bandaged Kevin up after her dog just attacked him.

She must have thought I was going to hurt Sam... I would never hurt her.

Kevin thought while Sam put the first aid kit away and turned back towards Kevin.

"Again... I'm really sorry I did-"

Sam started to say but then placed his hands on her neck and pressed his lips onto hers. She didn't pull away, she just placed her hands on his chest and then he felt them on his neck. Kevin deepened the kiss and then broke it for air. Sam was looking towards the ground, but when she looked up she smiled and Kevin smiled towards her.

"Thank you."

"For kissing you... Sure... Anytime."

Kevin said and Sam laughed.

She has a beautiful laugh... Hell she is beautiful.

Kevin thought and then heard the door open to the other side of the bathroom.

"Oops... Sorry to interrupt."

Saphira said while walking in and then walking out. Kevin blushed a little and then looked over towards Sam to see her face bright red. He started to laugh and Sam looked over towards him and looked confused.

"What?"

"You look cute when you blush."

Kevin said and Sam blushed, Kevin just laughed again and Sam playfully punched Kevin's arm, his bad arm.

"Ow."

"Oh my god, I'm sorry."

"It's all right."

Kevin said and saw that Sam had her head in her hands. Kevin grabbed her hands and made her look at him.

"I'm all right."

Kevin said and he hugged her.

Why's she beating herself up?

Kevin thought and then he gave Sam a peak on the lips and watched as she walked out of the room.

Weird.

He thought and followed her.

"I think I smell dinner."

"All right."
