Devon’s P.O.V.
We stayed up the whole night talking and reliving the whole day’s excitement. Finally around 4:00 in the morning we went to bed. Next thing I knew my phone was ringing. I knew it was the Jonas Brothers because of the ringtone. I was so tired and not fully awake so by the time I got to the phone it had stopped ringing. Darn I missed it, I thought. I figured I’d let them leave a message then call them back in 5 minutes, giving me time to actually wake up and not like I just rolled out of bed. We all got up and soon my phone beeped letting me know I had a voicemail.
I dialed my voicemail and put it on speaker so we could all listen to the message. “Hey Devon, it’s Joe, Nick, and Kevin, you know the Jonas Brothers, we hung out yesterday,” Joe started.
“Did you already forget about us?” Nick asked as we could hear Joe and Kevin cracking up in the background.
“Anyways just thought we’d give you a call and see what’s up. If you feel like it you can give us a call back,” Kevin said.
“Well I guess we should call them back,” I said finally feeling somewhat awake after a grand total of 4 1/2 hours of sleep after the busiest/most exciting day ever. I dialed the number and put it on speaker as it rang. We sat there waiting for them to pick up the phone.
“Hello?” Joe finally answered the phone.
“Hey, it’s Devon,” I said. “Oh and Sam and Sara,” I added after they had given me a look. “Sorry I didn’t answer before, but it’s 8:30 and we were sleeping, we got to bed at 4:00 so we’re just a tad bit tired,” I explained.
“Oh really, that’s fine. Or maybe you wanted us to leave a voicemail so that you had proof that you met us,” Nick said.
“We didn’t think of that, plus we have all the tons of pictures we took throughout the day as proof if we wanted,” Sam said.
“That is true, you did take a lot of pictures especially at the beginning of the day,” Joe said laughing at us. “Oh and by the way can you send us copies of them.”
“I guess we could,” Sara said. “That’s your job Devon,” she added looking at me.
“Why me?” I asked.
“Well you made all the copies from the concert before so you know how to do it,” Sam told me.
“Fine, I can do it, but if you guys want me to send them to you it would kinda be helpful to have your address.
“Yeah I guess that would be helpful,” Kevin said giving me their address as I wrote it down.
“So can we have your address?” Nick asked.
“Ummm... I guess,” I said as I recited my address. “Can I ask why?”
“Well... we need to send you the tickets for the concert,” Joe said as though it should have been obvious.
“Haha, that’s right,” Sara said.
“Well I guess we’ll let you wake-up some more and we’ll talk later,” Nick said.
“Okay, adios,” we said.
“Bye,” they said and we hung up the phone.
Two days later I came home from skating and my mom asked me if I had ordered anything online. I said that I hadn’t.
“Well there’s a box that came UPS for you,” my mom said.
I rushed to the box and looked at the return address. Hmmm... that looks somewhat familiar, but from where, I thought. I then I remembered something and ran up to my room to get a piece of paper. I examined the address on the paper to the one on the box and just as I thought, they matched. But why would the Jonas Brothers send a whole box for the tickets. I called Sam and Sara and soon they were at my house to open the package.
First thing out of the box was a letter for each of us from each Joe, Nick, and Kevin. We read them and they were all funny and good, but I liked Joe’s the best, but I’m not sure why. Next was an envelope that contained the tickets. Then there was backstage passes for an exclusive meet and greet after the concert. The rest of the box contained tour shirts, calenders, and personalized signed posters and pictures for each of us. It was like a Jonas Brothers Christmas. We figured we should make them a gift basket for when we go to the concert. We decided to call them and thank them and we should get them something for when we went to their concert. They didn’t answer their phone, not surprising they always have something going on.
“Hey, we just got your package and we wanted to say thanks. Hope your having fun whatever your doing an interview or something. You didn’t have to send us all of that,” I said then I looked at Sam and Sara and nodded.
“THANKS JOE, NICK, AND KEVIN!!!” we all screamed at the top of our lungs into the phone and hung up. I’d love to see their reaction to that part, we probably blew out their ear drums.
Joe’s P.O.V.
It was 8:30 in the morning and we were all up and had about an hour and a half before we had to do anything. Yesterday had been so much, but despite the fun once we got back to the hotel we all went straight to bed. We talked on the way back to the hotel, but it wasn’t much, basically how much fun we had and how nice Devon, Sam, and Sara were, and how amazingly we might have found three new best friends and we only knew them for really only a day.
We called Devon’s phone, but she didn’t answer. We decided to have a little fun and pretend to be mad at her like she forgot about us already. Then 5 minutes later she called back saying that she had been asleep. We gave her our address so she could send us the millions of pictures they took, and I mean millions.
We got her address so that we could send her the tickets and a few other things that they didn’t know were coming. After we hung up we searched our stock of merchandise for stuff we could send them. We found shirts, calenders, posters, and pictures. We signed the posters and pictures. We also gave them exclusive backstage passes for after the concert so we would definitely see them. We also decided to write them each personalized letters for fun. Mine were hilarious at least I thought so. I tried to make them all different, but Devon’s was the easiest to write for some reason. Of course we also sent the tickets.
Two days later as we got out of an interview I checked my phone and there was a missed call from Devon and a voicemail. I put it on speaker so we could all listen to it. They thanked us for our gift package and at the end screamed THANKS! It was so loud I think I burst my ear drums and the phone wasn’t even next to my ear. Man those girls could yell.

sorry not much happens in this chapter
