~!Same Song Different Chorus!~ #7 -Dumb Baka-

"Come inside, please." We have been standing outside for five minutes just standing around, quietly. "Jonny could you help me carry the bags in?" I call into Jonny and take a bag in my hand and open the screen door open for them to go inside. "Go to the left and set your stuff in the living room."

They quietly walked into the living room and started looking around. Jonny came through the dining room and took the bags in my hands and I grab the other two bags that were still outside.

"Where are they going to sleep?" I ask Jonny putting the bags down and walk to the stairs.

"They can have the basement for now. Until we get the additional rooms put in." I nod and walk about into the living room.

"CALI! WAIT!" Bart says chasing after Cali down the stairs.

"I DON'T CARE!" Cali gets to the last step, took a deep breath, and calms down. "I just thought it would be nice if we would visit some of your family! But no! You think just because they live in the Bahamas and it's hot down there and there are bad storms that I wouldn't want to go!"

"Honey, just listen! It's a bad time! My dad's sister is getting a divorce and is pregnant with her ex's best friend's baby. It's really bad down there right now." Bart takes her hand but Cali takes her hand back and then looks him in the eyes and gives him a hug.

"I hate these mood swings, sorry baby." Cali leans back then goes in for a kiss.

"Cali?" I asked.

"OH! Sorry Alice!" Cali steps away from Josh with a smile.

"Where you going?" I ask and see that Cali has her purse and Bart has the Honda keys.




((The Honda))

"The mall! We are going to start to look at possible stuff for the babies!" Cali says happily. Bart looks shocked.

"Babies?! I thought you were just having one!" Cali looks over to him wide eye then smiles relaxing.

"Well I mean we can look for stuff Sai might possibly like to have for her baby!" Cali says looking guilty and her and Josh walked out of the house.

"Be back before seven!" I yell out the door and Bart nods his head.

"Hey Grace, what do you think that was about?" I hear Tania whisper to her sister.

"I think that lady is going to have a baby since she said stuff about babies." Grace whispered back.

I turn around and look at them suddenly and they shot up a sudden expression.

"Ok well girl, I am Alice Katsu, this is my fiancé Jonny Vella. The two that just left are my sister Cali Katsu and my best friend Bart Schemmel, they are also engaged. Then there are two others that live with us, my other best friend Nathalie Mareza, she likes to be called Sai though, and Jonny's cousin Josh Vella and they are also engaged. You can just call us by our first names if you want. Um...you are going to stay in the basement, but don’t worry we are going to have a contractor to come and have them look at building new rooms since we are going to have a few more people coming in about seven or so months. I think that's it for now, Jonny why don’t you take the girls down to their room I need to make some phone calls." I walked up the stair and into my room to get my cell phone.

*Cali will get a birthday party since I was too stupid to remember hers is the same day as mine, it will be a girls night out the men can stay with the girls.* I think as I start dialing the phone to Cali's girlfriends.

~Grace's POV~

"Ok then ladies, follow me." The man called Jonny says as he grabs the bags he and Alice brought in. We both grab our bags we brought in and followed him through a room with a dining table, then a room that was the kitchen, then into the back room before opening a wooden door with a flight of stairs that must lead to the basement.

I hold Tania's hand as we start to make our way down the stairs. When we got to the bottom step I was surprised by how the basement looks like one of the rooms they have up stairs, but a bit better.

The room had two couches, a pool table, bar, a room that looks like it leads into a bathroom, a television, and an area with a desk and computer.

"When it's time for bed you just have to take the cushions off and pull the bed out. Um...we can go shopping and get some dressers for your clothes, you can go onto the computer as long as you don't download anything unless we say it is ok. You can watch any of the movies that are on the shelves by the TV and watch any channel I guess." Jonny said pointing to the stuff as he mentioned them.

*These are total strangers, I knew when we lost gram and dad mom had gone completely insane. I'm surprised they even would let two girls they don't know in their home, how does mom even know them?!* I think as Tania and I just stand there not knowing what to do.

"Well I guess that's it, you can look around the area if you want, just don't go too far in case we need you." Jonny looks at us and smiles then goes up the stairs. For a minute we just stand there quietly to make sure he is gone.

Tania starts to cry as we sit down onto one of the couches.

"What's wrong Tania?" I ask as she out her head on my shoulder.

"Why couldn't mother leave us with one of her friends, how did she even meet these people any ways?!" She says while crying into my shoulder. I put my arm around her back and lean my head towards her shoulder.

"After dad and gram died, mom lost it. She didn’t know what she was doing, Raymond would always come over and help us take care of mom. Then when that lady was coming to her castle, mom volunteered to go there and work until she finally came a few days ago, and she left yesterday. But after mom got home yesterday she told Raymond to tell Hoyt that she wants us to live with Alice Katsu. I don't know who that lady that lives in the castle is but I bet she put mom to her early grave." I say trying not to cry.

*I can't cry now! I have to be here for Tania! Who the hell am I kidding!* I start to cry alongside my sister.

After what seemed like forever we finally stopped crying.

"Come on Grace! Let's go take a look around!" Tania said whipping away her tears.

"Yeah let's do that. I think there was a door to the outside across from where this door is." I stand up and take her hand heading up the stairs.

"JOSH?!" Someone yells scarring us as we reach the top step. "JOSH!"

"Oh, who are you?" The woman asks us, we stand there and stare at her. "JOSH!"

"What?!" A man calls walking into the room.

"Who are these girls?" The woman asks.

"I don't know, hey Jonny who are these girls?" The man calls to Jonny as he opens the fridge and takes out an apple.

"Oh, those are the kids I was talking about earlier. Um...that's right Sai wasn't here, Josh you can explain things to her on the way to the doctors." Josh nodded and takes Sai up stairs.
"Sorry girls, that was my cousin Josh and his fiancé Sai. Going outside?"
I slowly nod my head.

"Ok then, just be careful around the animals." He says before taking the apple and heading through the dining room.

"Come on Tania they have animals!" I said happily, Tania and I just love animals!

"Right!" She said as we walked through the back door.

We both happily walk to the barn to see the animals.

~Alice's POV~

"Okay Cara, see you tonight at seven-thirty at Dave and Busters." I say hanging up the phone to the last person invited to the Dave and Busters, the none stop adult Chuck E. Cheese version.

"Hey Alice, Sai and I are leaving to go to the doctors then we might join up with the others." Josh says poking his head in my room.

"Be back before seven if you do, you know we forgot Cali's birthday?" I say.

"SHIT! Even though you guys are twins sometimes I forget that! I can't believe she didn't say that when we were planning the party!" He says.

"It's ok we are going toDave and Bustersthat's why I said seven so we can all get ready and meet the others there at seven-thirty. See ya later." I say as he leaves the room.

Moments later Jonny came in with an apple mostly eaten. He walks over to the bed and lies on the side of the bed that I was sitting on.

"Well my love, when did the contractors say they were coming?" He asks as he takes another bit out of his apple.

"They said around ten this morning." I say scooting him over a little bit so I can lie beside him.

"So what are we going to do till then?" Jonny asks with an evil smirk playing across his lips.

"I think we should get the animals fed and taken care of. Josh said that the horses were being sent over here so I think we should get the stalls ready." I say as Jonny starts to flip me over to the other side of the bed and makes out with me. "Jonny...stop..." I try to push him away as he kisses my neck and finds my ticklish spot.

"Come on Alice, no one's home." He says kissing my check, then my nose, then my lips.

"Grace and Tania are here, you forgot them already?" I ask him as I push him away from me and sit up.

"They are outside; I think I heard one of them say something about the animals." He sits behind me and kisses my neck from behind.

"Let's go feed the animals, your mom and dad was kind enough to feed them while we were away but we are back now so come on." I get up and grab his hand pulling him along with me out the door and down the hall.

He stops at the bathroom, "I'll be down in a sec I gotta take a piss." I laugh and walk down stairs.

I walk into the kitchen and look out the window above the sink and see that the two girls were trying to get into the barn. I laugh.

*I guess Troy locked the barn.* I walk to the back room and grab the barn keys from the hook beside the backdoor.

"You might need these." I say standing right behind the girls. They turned around and Grace nodded her head while Tania blushed a slight shade of pink. "Do you like animals?" I unlock the door and they nodded.

I walk in a turn the lights on. "Do you want to help me feed them?"

"Sure." Tania said quietly and Grace nods her head again.

In the second year of college I started raising farm animals again; I lived in the house and drove an hour and a half to college. At first there was only a cow and a bull, but then I got eight chickens, three sheep, three goats, two donkeys, and Josh wanted a llama so I got him a llama, there are now eighteen cows and bulls each, then there were seven kittens and the mother and father.

"We got a lot in here and there are more in the other barns and coop. Oh, come over here it looks like Troy delivered a lamb." I say motioning them towards the sheep half of the barn, the goats and donkeys on the other side. I get up and grab a milk bottle and gave it to Grace and told her to feed it to the lamb.

"Is that the food?" Tania asked pointing to a bag of animal feed beside the big barn door.

"Yeah, want to feed the sheep while I feed the goats and donkeys?" I ask she nodded her head and came over with me to get sheep feed while I get the goat and donkey feed.

After feeding all the animals in the first barn I told Grace and Tania that they could feed the chickens while Jonny and I feed the cattle, the llama and the cats. They both looked excited and ran towards the chicken coop.

"I think they are warming up to the farm already. Don't you?" I say walking towards the second barn hand in hand with Jonny.

"I think the only thing they like about this place is the animals." He laughs a little.

"Well the first time we met you fell for my horse, didn't you?" I poked his arm.

"Well I was pissed off at the world because of my mom. But then I met you, and that day at the mall defiantly changed me." He leaned down and kissed me.

"Have you talked to your mom lately?" I open the door to the second barn and walk in turning to lights on.

"The last time I talked to her was the morning of college graduation. We were talking for a half hour then the doctor told her that she needed her shot and I haven't talked to her since." He takes the cattle feed and heads over to the cattle. I get the feed for llama, quickly feeding her and I put cat chow in the bowl I have laying out beside the barn door.

"Hey Jonny do you think we could stay at the castles during holidays? We could all go if there is no one working." I asked as I came up behind him while he puts the last feed in the bin.

"Since you and Josh are the only ones we have to worry about then I guess it's possible. Bart and I are opening that book store and Cali and Sai are opening the coffee shop." He threw the empty bag into the trash on the way out.

"Maybe we could bring your mom the next time if she's fit." I suggested to him.

"That would be nice." He said with a smile grabbing my hand.

"OUCH! That chicken pecked me!" Tania cried from the coop as we entered it.

"That's probably because you got close to her egg. Look." I pointed to the hen's nest behind her back.

"Pretty things they are though." Grace said picking up a chick.

"So girls have you been to an actual school before?" I asked as Tania backed away from the hen's nest.

"Our neighbor taught us at home with her five children." Grace placed the chick back down and stood up to talk to us.

"Well how would you like to attend a public school?" Jonny goes around and collects eggs carefully.

"That would be wonderful!" Tania said happily towards her sister. "Wouldn't it be Gracie?"

"Sure." She said in response.

"Good, Grace you would probably be in ninth grade and over at the high school, and Tania you will probably be in seventh grade at the middle school where I am going to start teaching." I watch as they listen to me.

"You teach school?" Tania asked.

"Yeah I teach seventh and eighth grade History, and Josh teaches Reading." I hear a vehicle pulling into the drive way. "Looks like the contractor is here, come on Jonny. Grace, Tania, you can look around the area, and if you go into the woods don't go across the creak."
They nodded and walked out with us, then they went their way and Jonny and I went towards the contractor standing beside his truck.

After telling the contractor, Jamie, about wanting to add on five bed rooms and two whole baths; he said that it was going to be an estimated $320,000.00.

"When can you start?" Jonny ask.

"Well, um...three days if you want it done before late fall." Jamie says looking at his schedule.

"That would be great, thank you very much." I shake his hand.

"We will be out around seven every morning until we get it done. Is that ok?"

"Yeah, as long as we get it done before winter." He grabs his note book and leaves.

I look at Jonny evilly.

"Guess what." I said to him with a smile.

"What?" He asks curiously.

"You get to clean out the horse stalls!" I laugh.

"Oh come on! They are your horses!" He said started chancing me as I start to run towards the woods.

"One of them is!" I laugh and keep running, dodging the trees as they come into view.

"Can't run forever!" He says as he ducks a branch.

"I can try!" I laugh and trip over a fallen branch I didn't notice.

"Got you!" Jonny says flipping me over and kissing me.

"Can you get up? I'm being stabbed in the back by a branch." He gets up and pulls me up.

"You cut yourself." He wipes away the blood from my check, hand, and arm. "You ripped your shirt to." He put his figure through the hole in the back of my shirt that the fallen branch had made when Jonny flipped me over.

"I should get this blood cleaned off before it dries." I say we walk hand in hand towards the house.

"We should we buy dressers for Tania and Grace." Jonny says as we get to the edge of the woods.

"Should we go to Mason Furniture?" I ask.

"Yeah, then we should stop by the school and get the girls registered, and we need to stop by the bookstore and get the last of the books on the shelves before our grand opening." He says dramatically at the end.
