Wishing For Daylight (Vampire Romance) ~5~ [Hallucinating Non-Hallucinations]
Chapter 2 : Wishing For Daylight (Vampire Romance) ~4~
I was gasping, blood rushing to my head and making me dizzy. That bastard white trash! He had just done heroine! That was why I smelled blood on him! It was from the bandage and the needle. My body shook; I silently prayed that it would not affect me that much. I tilted my head backwards, hearing her footsteps following me, she stopped when I stopped. She moved when I moved. I gulped, jumping from roof to roof until I made it back to my home. I climbed through the window and shut the curtains in great haste. I can’t lose much time, the sun was almost approaching. Within seconds I felt the sun stinging my skin. I hissed and drew back, jumping back to the corner, at my bed. I sat on the comfy mattress, unable to think clearly or function. It would take a couple of hours to let the effect leave. I would just have to wait….
