I woke up in the morning with a start to hear my phone ringing. I slowly detached myself from the guy I was with to go answer it
"ello" I answered, it was only 9 o'clock in the morning, who could be calling this early
"hello, is there a catrina cally there by any chance?" I mans voice asked
"yes this is she what can I do for you" I asked curious now
"this is Mathew down at the art gallery" the man said
"oh Mathew what's going on" I asked
"can you come down we kind of need your help" he said
"yea sure I'll be down in a couple minutes" I said we said bye and hung up I went back to the bedroom to see the man in my bed looking up at me
"who was that?" he asked
"it was work I have to go in" I told him trying to find some pants
"your black skirt is on this side of the bed" he said
"thanks babe" I said to him I grabbed a clean shirt out of the closet
"how long will you be" he asked and I turned around and jumped on him while he was still on the bed
"hopefully not long love" I said and leaned down and kissed him
I went downstairs to find Mathew and Lidia down at the gallery first
"what's going on?" I asked
"we need 10 new pieces, we want you to create 2 and you need to find 1 other person to create 2 pieces and we'll be set to open in a week in a half" she said
"are you kidding me?" I asked than looked at there faces "Fine, fine I'll do it" I said "Is that all?" I asked
"yes that it all, I hope to get these painting in less than a week" she said
"fine, fine" I said walking out the door and back to my apartment next door
"matt I'm back" I said entering the apartment
"why'd they call you down?" he asked coming out of the bedroom with just his boxers on
"they want me to create 2 new pieces by the end of the week plus find somebody else to create 2 pieces by the end of the week" I told him going over to him and kissing him lightly "can we go back to sleep?" I asked and he shook his head no
"I have to get ready to leave babe, you know I leaving today" he said
"I know" I sighed "you'll be gone for a week" I said to him
"don't worry babe, I'll call you every night" he said
"go ahead and text I know you to well" I said to him in a sigh
"yea and I know you, you like hearing my voice" he said holding me tightly to him
"that's very true" I said to him and he laughed
"besides I'll end up doing both, now I gotta get dressed baby" he said kissing me on the top of the head and letting me go
"okay besides I want to find somebody I know to do the other two paintings" I said walking over to the kitchen to grab my phone, I started flipping through my contacts to find somebody good, I knew a lot of people from different bands and I knew some of the m could draw, I was still in the g section and I saw Gerard's name
"sweet I found someone" I yelled than dialed his number after the third ring he answered
"you know what time it is?" I heard him say madly
"time for you to love me?" I asked joking around
"oh hi cat what do you want?" he asked he said in a completely different tone
"a huge huge huge favor, and you get paid for it" I said to him
"what is it?" he asked skeptical
"can you do two drawings for me please please please, you get paid 350 for each one" I told him
"sure I'm gonna be in town for the next 2 to 3 days I think I can do that" he said
"eeeeek, I love you thank you gee-gee" I said
"your welcome, hey you think I got a place to stay than?" he asked
"all of you, only you, I don't care sure as long as your doing this for me" I said to him
we said we'll see each other soon and hung up
"let me guess you found somebody to do it" matt said as I walked into the bedroom to see him packing, matt lived with me, even though he only stay's the longest is 5 months than he's back on the road
"padge just called me their waiting for me on the bus downstairs, I gotta go babe" he said as he rushed passed me
