Gaby's POV:
The doctor let us in 30 minutes to see Jovita after I had my call from Tomo.
"So is there anything wrong with her doctor?" my mom asked grabbing my hand. All of us were standing out side her room around the Dr. Ruiz. Everyone had eager faces on waiting to know. We all wanted to see her so badly.
"I'm very sorry to say this but Jovita was badly injured in the accident. Her skull was partially fractured and it affected her brain. She has Amnesia" Dr. Ruiz took off his glasses.
Everyone gasped alittle and just stared at eachother. My mom started to trickle tears and I twined my arm with hers. I began to cry as well.
"She can speak well, but her ability to write out words and read them is off. Jovita has no memory of anything..."
My mom started to whine more.
"...But she can still remember your mom"
"So can we go and see her?" I asked him as my mom's face lightened up a bit.
"Only a few people can go in" Dr. Ruiz assured us, "I would suggest your mom to go in with about 3 more people". I looked at everyone and we began to decide who would go in. Everyone kept on argueing and yelling. But we finally cam down to the decision that my mom, myself, Cindy(my sister), and Gerardo to go in since we were the closest to her. Before we went in Jovita's room, we all did a prayer together for hope that she'll recover and regain her memory again. Even though I knew Jovita was going to be fine, I still felt guitly for it. When we ended the brief prayer, I turned to the door and took a deep breathe.
Hopefully she forgives me for this.
I put my hand on the silver door knob and turned it. When the door opened I could see her laying on the bed with her eyes closed. I let everyone in first. My mom's expression was just a sign of relief. She sat down at Jovita's side and looked down upon her. Her eyes teared up more. Geardo walked behind my mom and but his hands on her shoulders. My mom rested her hand on Jovita's and slowly Jovita's eyes opened up. She stared at mom and made a small smile.
"Mom?" Jovita slightly whispered while waking herself up.
My mom just smiled back and gave her a hug. Cindy, who was standing near me, just welled up in tears. I stood by Cindy and just held her hand tighly. Itried my best notto cry, I needed to remember to stay strong for Jovita. I walked together with Cindy closer to Jovita. I let go of her hand and sat down on a lumpy chair by Jovita's bed. She turned her head to me and her eyes were just confused and kind of scared at the same time.
"Hi" I hardly got out since my throat felt funny from the guilt. She continued to stare at me blankly. I made a small smile but then all of it was just turned into a rubble of sadness when she responded with "Who are you?". I put my hand on my mouth. That really made me wanton and anguished. My heart was shattered, actually it felt like having no heart at all. I couldn't stay in that room any longer. I quickly rushed out of the hospital to the front of it. I crashed into a few people as I made my way out. I stood out side almost dying of dreadfulnessI was feeling. Hearing her say that made just feel as though I failed at everything I did for her and that anything I did do for her never exsisted. I had myarms tied against me,in that momentI really wished Tomo was there. I continued to stand outside by myself and just hovering back and forward in the near by parking lot which was congested withvehicles.My hands were shaking alittle andjust thinking about the question Jovita asked memade me feel as though I couldn't breathe anymore. Many things rushed through my head,thinking about all the things I've been through with my family made me ache.

Ifumbledwith getting my phone out out mystrippedhoodie jacket.
"Hello?" Ianswered whilesteadly walking back inside the hospital.
"Hey is everything going to be okay babe?" Tomo asked as I sat downon one of the smallchairs in the halway.
"Um I don't know Tomo? Everything is becoming confusing to me now" I sighed, "But Jovita is okay, she just is having a really hard time remembering everything, like literally everything". I paused for a moment and justhunched over abit(you know the way you see basketball players sit when they're on the bench).
"She has Amnesia. But she can only remember my mom for some reason....you don't know how much misery I felt when she said straight to my face that she didn't know who I was" I added.
"Just don't worry to much Gaby, soon she'll be able to remember you again. It just takes some time" he tried to make me worry less.
"Yeah hopefully she does"
"Gaby if you need a few more days, we understand"
"Really? I don't wanna be away to long because a few days can rapidlyinto a week which willcanevolve into amonth"
"No it's okay, you need ot help Jovita out. Family comes first"
"Thanks, okay so I'm going to stay here longer with my mom helping her out with Jovita and getting them back to Dallas. When they have everything sorted out like to what doctor she's going to visit and when she starts to get used everyone else being around her, I'll return to you guys"
"Okay that sounds like a plan. Just call us up any chance you canto tell us what's going on and when you're planning to come back, k?" Tomo sweetly said, kind of missed that about him. Everyone else here was normally staid.
"K, talk to you later"
"Yeah okay bye, I'm going to miss you"
"Me too, bye"
I hung up and slowly paced myself back into the room where ran out of.
Shannon's POV:
When we ended the show we boarded the bus to make our way to the hotel.
"So was how were things going for Gaby?" I asked Tomo who just finished up his call to her.
"Well she found out that Jovita has Amnesia" he responded alittle down. I knew he had a good connection with Gaby, and what she felt like now affected him aswell.
"What are they going to do about it?" Jared asked in a serious way putting down his cell.
"Gaby said that she is going to have to stay a few more days to help out her mom" Tomo continued, "She doesn't know exaclty when she's coming back but I told her that is was fine, right?"
"Yeah it's fine, she needs to be there for her sis and family" I gave all the guys a glimpse.
"Hope she recovers well" Matt added coming out of the bunk room.
"Yeah" I ended.
I rested my legs on the couch and just though for a while. Hearing about Jovita just worried me more about Gaby, she must be going through alot right now. She's like a little sister to me and I get really concerned about her when she's down. My hopes are for her and her family. They really need it right now. I turned my head to Tomo who was on the stool, his phone started to ring. He got up and strided to the bunk room. He looked at the cell with dislike. Tomo picked it up and I could roughly hear him argueing with the anonymous person on the line. I just turned back around and didn't mind him slightly yelling...
