Movie Magic (A William Moseley Love Story) Ch. 1

Walking in the waitress lead us to the back and private part of the restaurant were I presume we were sitting. When Skandar and I arrived I saw we were late like always. Before I had a chance to introduce myself Skandar beat me to it, “Everyone this is Lyric. Lyric this is Anna, Georgie, Ben, and Will.”

“Hello nice to meet you all.” Sitting down next to Skandar; when the waiter asked us what we want I asked him if they had a list of the sugars in all the food, since water doesn’t usually have sugar in it. I just ignored the curious looks from everyone when I asked. Well expect for Skandar we have been through this too many times to be bothered.

After everyone order (I got some delicious sounding Penne Pasta with Eggplant and Goat Cheese {um… I just randomly chose some fancy sounding dish so I don’t really know if that is good or not}). I was just sitting there while Anna and Skandar were talking about something of no importance. Actually I was just counting down until I was asked about why I need that list. At the moment it was 3 minutes into this, a new record!

It didn’t bother me that people asked it happened so often I didn’t think twice about it. “So Lyric that is quite a unique name.” I looked to see Will talking to me. Laughing, “Yeah, I’m the only on in my family with such a different name. My brother was named a completely common name. But Skandar and I came up with a theory on why. He believes that she just wished to torment her only daughter. Me I think she was given too many drugs.”

This sent a round of laughter around the table, after that it completely lightened the mood. I seem to think they were shy, which made me mentally laugh. Actors shy around moi that is hilarious. Of course it was little bit of a downer when we got on topic of why I need that list.

It was Georgie who spoke up about it first, “Lyric if you mind my asking why did you need that list before you ordered?” “Oh, I don’t mind at all. I need that list so that my blood sugar doesn’t go to high.”

That confused them for a moment before Anna (who I must say acts so much like her character) figured it out, “Wait you have diabetes?” “Yeah, I’ve had them since I was 14.” With a pity expression Will replied, “Sorry to here about that.”

This is the only part I mind about having people find out about my diabetes. They feel bad for me, and I don’t deserve to have pity. Sighing, “You know you don’t have to feel bad about it. I’ve lived with it for 5 years and I haven’t died yet.” They all merely nodded and everything went back to normal, well almost everyone. Will seemed upset about something. I didn’t push anything though. I know when it’s my business and when its not.

We all rode back in the same limo, don’t want the Earth to die now do we? Heading back to our trailers Anna, Georgie, and Ben with me and Skandar in the middle and Will was trailing behind us. I felt really bad for him he hardly spoke for the rest of the night. When Anna, Georgie, and Ben headed for their trailers I learned that Will was right in the middle of Skandar’s and mine.

“Night Skandar, see you tomorrow. Night Will it was nice meeting you.” With that I was off into my trailer I had changed into my brown sweat pants and my red tank top when I heard a knock on my door. Thinking it was Skandar I opened it to reveal Will standing there in all his glory.

Up till now I never really got a good look at him. He was a good 4 to 5 inches taller than me and I could tell even with his kaki pants and navy blue sweater that he was muscular. And his dirty blonde hair that was longer than the first movie and his sparkling blue eyes made me want to melt. I pulled myself out of my observing, “Um… long time no see Will?”

Seeming uncomfortable he stuck his hands in his pockets, “Yeah, sorry but I wanted to say sorry for how I acted at the restaurant.” “That’s ok, but why were you acting like that. If it was from learning I have diabetes then please forget I ever told you I hate when people treat me different because of it. Ask Skandar he learned from experience.”

“Oh, no that’s not why. It’s just I though that you and Skandar were dating so I didn’t want to bother you. That was until I learned you too were cousins and that you’re 19.” I didn’t know what to say. Why would he of all people care if I was dating Skandar, I mean he couldn’t like me could he.

“Um…why are you telling me this? I mean I don’t mind you are but why?” My words soaked with confusion, I normally didn’t dig deeper than I was meant to but I just couldn’t stop. Sighing I knew he was going to confess something important for the both of us. “Well, because I like you Lyric and I know that seems strange since we just met. But I really really like you and I don’t know I was jealous when I thought you and Skandar were dating.”

I was so stunned by his words I just stood there with my month hanging open. He really felt that way; I mean I liked him too. He was funny, sweet, and talented, down to earth and not to mention good looking. No that it mattered. “Well, now that I made a complete idiot of myself I’m gonna go. Sorry to bother you Lyric.” With that he turned around and started to walk to his trailer.

I snapped out of my haze when I heard the door shut of his trailer. What am I an idiot? When a guy finally likes me and tells me I stand there like I don’t have any feelings for them. I couldn’t let him get away so I ran to his trailer and knocked. When he opened up he looked shocked to see me there. Before he had a chance to say anything I spoke, “Will I’m really sorry if I hurt your feelings back there. I was just shocked this has never happened before, and I really do like you. And I completely understand if you hate me for making you think I don’t because I do a lot. So yeah I gonna go now.”

I then turned around only to be pulled back by a pair of arms. But, I just looked at the ground. I looked up when Will put a finger under my chin. “You have no idea how good it feels to know you feel the same way.” He spoke centimeters away from my lips. He breathe tickled my lips and I wanted him to kiss me so bad.

Before I had a chance to press them together myself he beat me to it. His kiss was amazing, full of what I can only think of as love. Our lips went together as if they were made for each other. While his arms went around my waist mine went around his neck. At that moment nothing else matter and at the moment I was as happy as I could be.

If only feelings like that lasted forever.
