So where to begin?Well my name is Catherin Carter Kingsley in case you didn't know.Yeah I know I got a werid name, but I'm a werid girl so get over it.So Catherin I think is from my Fathers mothers mother and he is purely Irsh, but I'm not to sure about that.Then I have no idea were Carter came from though it sounds like a guys name, well atleast I believe so.Then Kingsley is my Mothers last name.Though I share my mothers last name while my father kept his last name.

My mother is British hinting the Kingsley part.So I am a Irsh British cross in case you didn't catch on yet.I live in Virgina or as I call it Horse Country.Though I am not into horses as much as my parents, but I do ride just to keep them happy.But you know it won't matter for long since I am moving in a few days and well I am kind of glad.But the main reason I am moving at 16 verging 17 is because I am not a winter lover.Though I love Christmas and mainly I love the night that follows.Everything is just so peaceful and dangerous at night, but I still love it all the same.Other than talking about Jared my boyfriend who is cheating on me and tends to be abusive and then theres my werid ass mouse named Spencer there isn't much to say.

-Cathy's Pov-

Rereading over my entery I just sighed.For my first entery it was ok.Though I was glad that I was moving the day after tomorrow, but mainly since I would get away from Jared.Just logging out and closing the laptop down I walked out of the guest room.Thats right after I moved out my parents turned my room into a guest room apartently thinking I wasn't going to be coming back ever again.

Since I had spent the whole summer in Califorina with my friends.Though no one was home right now and I was glad about that.But I knew Jared would probably be coming soon.Just looking at all of the piles of boxes scattered everywhere I lightly bit my lip and turned on a heel.Though I had never thought about it before, but it suddenly struck me, the second Jared finds out that I am moving he'll be packed before I can even utter a word.

Really its pretty annoying, but I pushed the thoughts from my mind as I turned around once more and grabbed my camera off of one of the piled boxes.Everything under that camera which consisted of about four boxes was all stuff just for my photographing class.Yup I am going to major in photography.Just playing around with the camera as I opened one of the sliding doors that lead to the back yard and was suddenly greeted by the hounds or coon dogs as my parents call them.I just smiled and patted their heads as I walked past them all.

Though of course most went on their way I always had one or two who would hang out while I took my pictures.The sun had been up for a while, but I could still feel a chill though it wasn't normal like a winter chill it felt more like someone was watching me.But I just shrugged it off and began.Sometimes catching the dogs in action as they played and chased after things.Though I could tell they weren't as loose as they normally were.

They were uptight and tense. Then suddenly one took off howling away. Frankly I could keep track of theirs names so I just called them whatever came to my head at the times.Just as I placed the strap around my neck to take off after the dog I forgot about the female who suddenly darted as well."Crap"I said as I ran after them.

Though barefoot in a forest wasn't very pleasent, but if those dogs got lost it would be my head on a sliver platter.Soon I could hear hissing and what seemed to be soft spoken words and the mutts barking and calling for me to come over. Though by the time I got to them there was nothing in the tree that they were barking at.By this time I was pissed, my feet hurt and I really didn't care."Get your asses here now"I said sternly and both dogs ignored me for a second and then when I repeated it louder they just came to me with their tails between their legs.

From there we walked back home silently.Once on the soft grass they ran off to find the pack of mutts.I just rolled my eyes and walked inside.Though as I got closer to my room I could here shuffling and stuff being moved around.I slowly and silently walked to my door.

Placing a shaky hand on the doorknob I quickly realeased it and ran off to the main room. Who the hell would be in my room maybe it was Jared.Shit and I never told him. I thought about all of this as I gripped the baseball bat that was always hiding under the couch. Wasting no time I gripped the bat tightly and went back to my room.

Oh I was so ready to beat some ass and just as I slammed the door open and had the bat in the air when I saw a stupid boy lying on my bed with shaggy black hair two piercings in his lower lip."Holy Shit What the Hell Skittles"He said as I lowered the bat.It was only Joshua, though I knew it instantly by the way he was lying on my bed.Yup thats right, thats how tight me and this kid are.I just realeased my breath and lowered the bat and rolled my eyes.

"Maybe if you didn't sneak around like that I wouldn't have grabbed the bat"I said as I let the wooden baseball bat fall to the floor."Yeah well if you weren't always out back taking stupid pictures you would know I wasn't sneaking around" He challenged as I fell on the bed next ot him.Just propping myself up by my elbows I just raised an eyebrow."Ok maybe a little"Josh said with a huff.I just rolled my eyes and fell back once more.

"I don't know what I'm going to do without you"I said quietly."Well first going completely off topic what are you going to do about Jared"Josh asked. He knew I hated talking about Jared and it didn't help when it was with my best friend who just happened to be a guy."I don't wanna talk about it"I muttered."Theres no way around it you need to ditch the loser and be free from him so you can start dating all of the guys over there in Califorina"he said.

Though without looking I knew he was smirking.No Josh isn't gay, but he sometimes acts like it."Hey you know the winters in Califorina are just like ours except without snow"Josh said dryly.I knew he didn't want me to move, but I needed to plus anyways I wanted to get away from this place."So"I had said shrugging.He had muttered something that I didn't quite catch.

I just shrugged it off.Though I smirked as I rolled over and sat on top of him.I just watched Josh as he smirked right back."I have no idea what I will do without you"I whispered as I rolled back over, but put my head on his chest.Yeah we acted as if we were a couple, but we weren't and that was the cold hard truth, though neither of use liked eachother in that way.

So it was kind of nice it took a lot of stress off. Though of course after hours of just lying there doing nothing his cell rang I could guess it was his mother(which I was right)."Hey I gotta go"Josh said sitting up.I just nodded as I walked him to the door.Just running my hand through my blonde hair I looked up to him.

We both made a small smile and then embraced eachother for the last time. I lightly pecked him on the cheek and he did the same.I just silently watched as Joshua walked away.I just stood watching until he walked around that cornor.With a small sigh I turned shut the door and suddenly and shiver was sent down my spine...again.

-Josh's Pov-

Long strides were taken as I silently walked along the sidewalk.I could feel another creature near Skittles house so I decided to go through the woods.Silently stalking around I just continued on my way.Black shaggy hair continiously falling into my face so I had to keep flicking my head so I could see.My eyes normally a deep forest green, but I could feel them suddenly turn a deep golden color as I continued.

Suddenly there it was, a dark figure sitting on a tree watching and waiting.But before I could move in I heard the familar cires of Skittles dogs well her parents dogs.I looked that way and then suddenly looked back to find the creature had disappeared.With a sigh I quickly was in the tree as the mutts suddenly started to bark and jump around me like they had just tree'd a coon."Shut up go away you dumb mutts"I said in a hushed tone and then suddenly heard Skittles cursing and I disappeared.

I then snuck into her room.Just taking a deep breath I hoped that she hadn't seen me, but I know that she didn't.Just looking at all of the boxes I sighed.I really didn't want her to move, but I did want her to get away from that bastard Jared.He was a puke and I can still smell him.Really I wasn't to sure what they all though about my last report when I told them about how Jared treated her.

But I know they expect me to make her ditch him well thats easier said then done.I just fell back on the bed.I would have to report soon like today soon to tell them about her moving none of them inculding me had ever thought she would move and with the move it messed everything up.Just rubbing his temples he heard Skittles approaching and as usual she wasn't sure who was here since she probably heard the boxes being pushed on by my feet. but then suddenly she started to go further away.I just sat up, but as I felt her coming closer once more I just fell back down.

Then I kind of started to zone out until that door slammed open and she had a baseball bat aimed for me, but she stopped mid swing."Holy Shit What the Hell Skittles"I yelled out.Out of all of the times I have done this never once had she ever brought a bat with her.I watched Skittles roll her eyes and then drop the bat onto the floor.I just listened to Skittles speak which caused me to sit up a tad bit.

"Yeah well if you weren't always out back taking stupid pictures you would know I wasn't sneaking around" I said as I just fell back on to the bed and then felt Skittles fall on to the bed next to me.I just sighed and galenced at her before looking to the ceiling.I then looked over as she sat up a bit and rose an eyebrow."Ok maybe a little"I said with a huff.I just watched her roll her eyes and then fall back once more.

I just listened to Skittles as she made a half statement half question.But I kept my mouth shut."Well first going completely off topic what are you going to do about Jared"I asked quietly.I knew she hated talking about Jared, but the subject couldn't be avoided for ever.Since I have threatened to kill him once or twice in front of Skittles and of course she stuck up for him.

But I have threatened him splenty of times when she wasn't around.God Skittles could be so stubborn sometimes.Trusting it is a bad trait to have, but don't get me wrong it is also one of the best, but people tend to use it againest you.Which Skittles is trusting majorily trusting.You tell her your going one place when your actually going some where else well she believes you with every ounce off her soul.

It breaks my heart really since when I go to report I tell her I am going to visit my father.When I look into her eyes and tell her I can see it in her eyes that she has no second guesses.Really I would like to tell her the truth, but it isn't time yet.Well I silently sighed once more as she said the same thing as always."I don't wanna talk about it"I listened to her mutter.

I was done I wouldn't deal with her coming to my house in the middle of the night bloody and crying anymore.Next time I see him I am going to kill him."Theres no way around it you need to ditch the loser and be free from him so you can start dating all of the guys over there in Califorina"I said while I was smirking."Hey you know the winters in Califorina are just like ours except without snow"I just stated this fact quite dryly.I really didn't want her to move, but not really for my sake, but for the courts for of course they expect me to somehow keep her here.

I just listened to Skittles as she just said "So"."Your going to ruin the plan"I just muttered under my breath.I then smirked as I felt her roll over and sit on my torso.Once more I listened as she stated again that she would know to do without me.Then she rolled over and just laid her head on my chest.

I just smiled as we laid there silently for what seemed hours.Until suddenly my phone went off.I just sat up and listened to him speak though of course Skittles thought it was my Mom and I let her believe it.I just sighed though silently."Hey I gotta go"I said quietly as I sat up.

I just stood up and started for the door following Skittles silently.Once after the door opened we just embraced eachother though I knew it wouldn't be the last time.Of course we kissed eachothers cheeks like always.I could feel her watching me as I walked away.Then as I turned the cornor I just sighed and turned around, but stood there.

I could feel he was there once more, but I could tell it was a male probably Jared and I really needed to go."You got lucky this time"I muttered as I disappeared.
