Fair Game-The Final Battle

Gwen was looking at you with fear in her eyes. You were crying.

“Gwen I love you, I don’t want to do this.” You cry.

“Kill Me!” Gwen yells, her chest heaving.

“I have no reason to, I thought you were killing me because I left you, when Nero died…but I see no reason for you to get mad.” You said crying.

“He told you, you lead them to me,” Gwen says.

“I didn’t, I never would do that.” You say.

“But, I can’t go back home…you have to kill me.” Gwen says.

“KILL HER, DARLING”. Nero yells.

“NO!” you yell.

Gwen stood up. “Why do you want me to die?”

“Because I hate you, for hurting Sarah. Nero yells. He charges at Gwen. There a sick crunching noise. Gwen body slips out from Nero. Blood is covered his mouth.

She’s…dead…

You scream, “Why…Nero?”

“Because she set this up.” Nero says dropping Gwen’s body.

He walks towards you.

“No, don’t touch me…don’t you ever touch me.” You said in rage.

“You care about that…bitch.” Nero says in rage.

“That bitch is my friend.” You scream.

“She set this up.” Nero yells.

“No you did.” Augustine came from behind you.

“What!” you yell.

“Don’t believe him Sarah. He killed that vampires lover, and that vampire set this up. You and Gwen were just a pawn. To get everything done. You were going to be killed anyway. And Trius.” Augustine yells. “Our cleaner were going to come. You wouldn’t be able to do anything. And Trius was going to be killed. And you’ all would be just considered missing.” Augustine said.

“Is this true, Nero?” you said. With acid, and disbelief.

“It doesn’t matter, now anyway. I’ll have to kill you Augustine, and let the cleaner take care of the rest.” Nero laughed. He leaped towards Augustine. They start going at each other.

Stalker

You take off running into the night. You could see that day is breaking.

You make it to the house. The mansion doors are open.

“Stalker…Stalker…where are you…Stalker.”

“What’s wrong, where Gwen.” He says flying down the stair.

“She dead, Nero killed her…he’s trying to kill Augustine. We have to get out of here before those two vampires come back. And the cleaners. Come on. “What about Augustine, and Nero!” He says

“I don’t know, but we have to disappear.” You say. “But let’s see if Augustine is alive.” You both take off full speed through the woods. You run ahead of Stalker. You hold your finger up to your mouth. You keep running. Nero and Augustine are moving faster, it was a blur. This is your chance. You have to runaway. Go anywhere. But, you don’t want to leave Augustine. He is winning over her. You could see that if Augustine takes one more hit its over.

Nero is dead to me. No use in crying.

You take a charge at Nero. And send him flying back into a tree.

“That was for Gwen.” You punch him in the jaw, you hear a crack. “That’s for my heart you broke.” Augustine latches onto his neck and finishes up.

“And that is for me, and the love I had for you.” She says crying.

I loved you…Darling, was the last word he said.

But I’m alive and you’re dead and its over. Finally its over. I love Nero with all my heart. But, this is why I left him…he was a liar, and I knew that. I was just too blind to see.

“We have to get out of here. I smell the cleaners, and they are coming fast.” Augustine says.

You take one last look at Nero…and take off through the woods. Stalker was only yards away. He gets on Augustine’s back.

“I’m going to take him, outside of town. You have to go your own way. I will come to you in a month. Your friend here, he will be back home and safe. But, you have a different scent. So…they will want to come for you.

You both make it to a long dirt road leading back into city.

She puts Stalker down.

“I guess this is the end…huh.” He says looking at the ground. He has rings around his eyes. And a he buries above his eyebrow.

“No…Trius it’s the beginning, I’ll be back. I’m going to check up on you…alright. You say a tear falling down your cheek. You turn to the side. This was craziest night of your life. And now you were a runaway vampire. You shook your thoughts. And embraced Trius.

“What happen to ya girlfriend?” you said. Pulling back.

“I don’t know and I don’t care. I just want to sleep.” He says laughing.

“I still have that human trait.” You chuckle. You hug once more.

“Well I’ll see you later…?” you trail off.

“OK.” He says.

“Sarah just make your way down this mountain, and make your way south, to Mexico…then on the coast of California, and up through Canada. I’ll be waiting in a bar…next to a club call Neo’9. See you later, Friend.” Augustine pulls Trius onto her back, and takes off running into the woods. You look back towards the road. You see Trius car in the distance. You walk back and take your purse. You see it had money and your ipod.

“Least I have music.” You smile. And put the purse on your arm, and flip on your ipod. And stick the headphones in your ears. And head towards Mexico.
