~~~Angel's POV~~~
Angel's been in the Akatsuki since the day it she met them two years ago. When they came to the place where she first awoke and took her. Angel has been an experiment to some people and she doesn't remember anything about her past until the Akatsuki came and got her. They actually saved Angel from being an experiment to the snake bastard, Orochimaru. Right now, she is with her partner, Zestu, heading back to headquarters when a group of Leaf ANBU shinobi surrounded the two of them.
"A little far from home aren't we boys?"
Zestu said in a cocky way and then looked at Angel and nodded his head. She nodded her head and then disappeared behind them and started to fight. She was doing fine until more showed up, she started to get clumsy and ended up getting knock unconscious. The last thing she heard was Zestu calling out her name.
~~~Zestu's POV~~~
Zestu looked over to see Angel falling to the ground, he called her name and then the leaf shinobi did some sort of signal, activated some smoke bombs, and then disappeared, leaving him confused. Zestu coughed as the smoke filled the air. He hurried back to the headquarters to let the Leader know that the mission was successful but his partner got kidnapped. Yeah, the Leader didn't take it well.
"WHAT!!! How could you let this happen, Zestu. Gather everyone, and bring her back here."
The Leader yelled and Zestu went to fetch everyone and let them know of the news. He ended up getting punched in the head and gut by everyone.
"How could you let this happen, Zestu."
Kisame yelled sounding a little like the Leader.
"Yeah, un."
Deidara agreed.
"It just happened. They came out of nowhere, we weren't able to sense them coming or anything. And it seemed like they we after Angel, not trying to destroy us."
Zestu said in defense for himself. Everyone glared at him, but Itachi's was the worse. Zestu needed to get Angel back, for her sake and for his.
~~~Angel's POV~~~
Angel woke up to find herself chained to a wall to what looked like a nasty looking jail cell.
"Great. How could I get so careless?"
She mumbled to herself while sighing and trying to pull free, only to have a small bolt of electricity shoot through her body. She winced in pain but then hid it because she sensed people coming.
"She seems to be awake, Lord Hokage."
Someone said while Angel closed her eyes and sighed.
They're smarter than I thought they were.
Angel thought while she heard the cell door open and foot steps come closer to her.
"Who are you and what is the Akatsuki doing so close to our village."
The person said who seemed to have a female voice.
Close to the village. We weren't close to the village. What the hell is she talking about?
Angel thought while picking up her head and glaring at her and trying to get free, only to have a stronger shot of electricity go through her body. Angel's body went limp and she looked almost dead from the steam coming off of her body, but they knew she was alive when she started to laugh.
"I don't know what you've been told, you old hag. But we weren't even near the boarders of the Land of Fire. We were by the Land of Snow. I was taken here by force, for whatever reason."
Angel hissed to her while she looked shocked. The woman behind her was the same way.
"Find the ANBU Leader from the squad that brought her hear. I want to speak with him."
"Yes, my lady."
Then the two of them left and Angel sighed and tried to get some sleep.
~~~Hokage's POV~~~
She rushed to her office and sat down just in time for a knock to be at the door.
"Come in."
She said and took a deep breath.
"You wanted to see me, Lord Hokage."
He said and stood in front of her desk.
"I want to know, where did you pick the girl you brought in from the Akatsuki."
"My men and I picked her up outside the village, the other one with her got away,"
"I don't like to be lied to, I hope you know that."
"I'm not lying."
"You better not be. Because I don't want anything to happen to you."
She told him in a little scary voice. He started to tremble and then he told her the truth and what the girl was because she didn't know. She freaked and yelled at the guy and then started to run back toward the jail...
