"I'm home I'm home!" Matt said, walking through the door, & then running to me. "Where is she?" He asked. "Her room, but don't go in there, she wants to be alone" I said. "Does she know I was coming back?" He asked. "No but-" He cut me off by walking away in the direction of Delilah's room.
|| Delilah's P.O.V. ||
I layed there in my pajama's, I had washed 7 times since the night. I feel disgusting, vial. It makes me sick when I think about what happened, what he did to me. He knew perfectly well what was happening & the state I was in.
I heard someone walk in. "Bean I-" "It's me Delilah" I heard. I looked up & saw Matt. "I swear, am I seeing things?". "No, you're not" Matt said, laying next to me. He embraced me in a hug. "But, what about the tour? the tour is far from over" I said.
"I know, but if my bestest friend is in trouble, fuck a tour". "Are you okay now?" He asked. I shook my head. "Is he at home?" He asked. I shook my head. "But Bean broke his windows" I said with a small smile.
"I'm sorry, I should have never went on tour" He said, with his head down. "Don't you dare blame yourself, I forced you on tour, as if you could have prevented this" I said.
"You know I could have if I was here, if he even would have walked up to you I would have shot his face". "Matt, this is not your fault at all, why did you come back?" "Because, you're my best friend, & I have someone to beat the living shit out of" He said, I gave a small laugh.
"You don't need to beat him up Matt" "Like fucking hell I don't, he raped you Del, even if he touched your arm I would beat him up" He said, I gave a small smile.
"We're going to the police today". My head shot up. "No, you can't" "What? why not?" "Because Matt, to us it may be rape, but by the law its not, So he can get in any shit, we'd just be wasting our time" I explained.
"I don't care, we're going to the cops". I shook my head. "Matt, I don't need this right now" I said, getting teary eyed.
He looked up & hugged me. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. But you know how I feel. What can I do now? I'm free for all you need" He said looking at me.
"What you can do is go back on tour, I don't want you missing out on this, I want you back there, I can manage the rest without you, I'll pull through" I said. "I can't go back now, I just flew from there to here, so I'm staying" He said with a weak smile.
I shook my head. "Oh gosh Matt, you do way too much for me". "I do what every best friend should" He said, hugging me.
|| 1 Day Later ||
I was sitting in the police station, because of Matt. "Gosh Matt, I can't believe you're making me do this, its not going to make a difference" I said. "Yes it is, if they don't do anything, I'll smash up this stupid place".
"Come in please" a police man said, leading me into the room where I make a stupid statement for nothing. "So from first to last, what happened that night?" He asked.
|| Matt's P.O.V. ||
Its been an hour since she walked in there. I hate to put her through this, but I think its best for her, to get it out & try & get him charged or something, at least try. I mean, we can't let him get away with this, its not right.
She walked out. "Lets go now" She said. "What happened?" I asked. "Nothing, I told the story, he ses we'll do everything we can to get him charged, that's it" She said.
I took her hand & walked out with her & walked to the car. "I swear, I'm gonna beat him so hard when I see him that he wont ever walk the same" I said, getting angry. She gave a small laugh. "I'm so lucky I have friends like you" She said.
I embraced her in a hug. "Its gonna be okay" I said rubbing her back. "I'll be okay Matt, its not the biggest crisis in the world, still sucks that the stupid prick raped me, but its okay, I just feel like having fun now" She said, I smiled.
"I'm really glad to hear that" I said.
"Anyway, would you like to hear some good news?" I asked. She nodded. "Warped Tour starts straight after this tour is over, & we are ALL going" I said. She frowned. "You know I can't, with them there, & Alex will be there" She said.
"Del, it will be okay, we wouldn't run into any of them, even if it did happen, which it wont, do you think I would let them take you away from me?" He asked. "No, but it would be strange if I saw them, or heard their voices".
"I know, which is why you wouldn't be near them at all, you wouldn't have to hear them, just pretend they're not there" I said.
"I guess if you put it that way, okay. I'm in" She said, I smiled & hugged her. "Yessss! The tour sucked without you, so I'm glad you're gonna come this time".
"But Matt, please, I want you to go back to this tour, you need too, you are part of BMTH, & they can't play without you, you need to be there with them, for every tour" She said.
"I don't want to leave you, I can't leave" I said, getting in the car. She came around & sat in the passenger side. "You have too Matt, I am literally forcing you, within the next 3 days I want you on a plane back to that tour" She said.
I put my head down, knowing she will force me. "But why? I wanna stay here with you, support you, help you, & kill that cunt" I said. "I know Matt, but I'll be fine, I want you to do this tour, for me" She said, I sighed & nodded.
