10 minutes later I pulled into my driveway.

“Home sweet home.” The guys piled out of my car. Travis dropped to the ground.

“I thought I was going to die that was the scariest 10 minutes of my life.

“Travis, I wasn’t going that fast.”

“Oh please you have got to be kidding me you were going 3x the speed limit.

“So?”

JJ fell to the ground “I just saw my whole life flash before my eyes!”

“So you had to relive that time that you ran out of hair gel huh? V joked referring to JJ’s always perfectly spiked hair.

“That wasn’t funny.” JJ said glaring.

“Yeah it was.” Kevin and Travis said laughing.

“Come on guys lets go inside.” I said walking toward my front door. “Dad are you home.” I yelled silence greeted me. “Hey dad I got expelled!” nothing. “AHHH there is a homeless person in the front yard.” Kevin, JJ and V gave me weird looks. Travis just shrugged used to my odd behavior.

“What? I’m just making sure he isn’t home.” They just kept on giving me weird looks. “Okay…..” V said.

“Okay let’s talk about something else, besides my weirdness. How’s your tour?

“AMAZING!! JJ said excited

“It is pretty sweet well you will see tonight, you are coming right?” Kevin asked

“To what?”

“To our show tonight it’s the 11th!” Travis said.

“No it’s the 10th.”

“11th.”

“10th”

“11th” he said showing me the calendar on his phone.

“Damn I’ve been writing the date down wrong all day! No wonder my math teacher laughed at me when some kid asked for the date and I yelled “it’s the 10th duh god get a calendar Geez.”

“Okay I feel like I have to ask you this. Does any of your teachers like you?” V said laughing

I laughed “hey it just so happens that my study hall teacher loves me – in a not creepy way.”

“Speaking of school when do you get out?”

“May 30th. Why?”

“No reason.” They all said in unison.

“That was creepy, really, really creepy. And I think that officially made you a boy band.”

“Shut up!” Travis laughed throwing a pillow at my head.

“You see that is the reason I like Kevin more.” I looked at the clock it was 4:30 “So when does your guys show start?”

“7 but we have to be there by 6 and that means we have to leave this house at 5:30.” Kevin said.

I jumped up out of my chair “You tell me this now? I look like crap.” I sprinted toward my room.

An hour Later………

I walked out of my room the guys were sitting on the couch V had the remote and was flipping through the channels. “800s channels and nothing is on.” He said

“I didn’t even know that that was even possible.”

I laughed at them “look at you guys you look like little kids that just found out Santa isn’t real. Come on we got to go.” I said picking up my car keys “Ill drive.”

Suddenly I felt myself being pushed to the ground and my car keys being pulled out my out of my hands.

“No I’m driving.” Kevin said offering me a hand to get up. I took it.

“Well now were never going to get there.” I said referring to Kevin’s driving lets just say he drove like an old man.

“Ha, Ha” we walked toward my car.

“SHOTGUN!!” JJ yelled

Me, Travis and V groaned “not again.”

“Face it guys I am the king of shotgun.” JJ said smiling

We all piled into my car and drove off.

10 minutes later : )

“Kevin come on. You can drive a little bit faster.

“Emma I know how to drive.”

“But”

“Shh”

“You did not just Shh me!”

“SHH!”
20 long minutes later…………..

We finally we finally pulled up to the House of Blues in Dallas. I leaned over towards Travis.

“You know if I was driving we would have gotten here a lot sooner.” I whispered he smiled

“Yeah but not in one piece.” I pushed him playful

“Shut up!” he laughed at me

We walked in at the end of Menudo’s sound check. Their road manager ran up to them.

“Good you’re here. Right in time to do your sound check. She turned to me “You must be their friend Emma?

“Yeah that’s me.”

“Well you can just hang backstage until their done and then when the show starts you can just take your spot in the audience.

“That sounds good.”

The guys were starting there sound check by singing Karma. I followed their road manager backstage I tried to remember her name I was drawing a complete blank.

“Now they shouldn’t be to long so you can just hang out here until they get back. Now that’s Mark & James, V factory and then Menudo.” She smiled and walked away. I stood there…..Yeah this wasn’t awkward leaving me alone in a room with 12 guys I’ve never met before. Nope, not awkward at all.♥♥♥♥
