you woke up again gasping for air because of that dream again.

Your little six year old self walked into the front door and yelled, Mommy, I’m home! No one answered, so you just went up to your room and found the six year old lily sobbing.

You- wats wrong lily?

Lily- m-m-mommy’s g-gone!

You-wad you mean she’s gone?

Lily- she left us! She’s not ever coming back!

You- oh. *I have to be strong for lily* it’ll be okay. We still all have each other!

Lily- d-daddy went somewhere a-and said he wouldn’t be b-back for a while.

Just then you heard the front door open and then slam shut. There was a lot of crashing as it sounded like someone was very drunkenly stumbling up the stairs. Your door slammed open and your dad came in and stumbled towards you. You were very scared. There was something about him that didn’t quite look right. He walked up to you and slapped you across the face.

Dad- you’re the reason that she left! Your sister works hard at school and you always slack off! You’re just a waste of air!
