“Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, you live in the zoo! You look like a monkey! AND you smell like one too!” Everyone sang. But of coarse, Dico was the loudest and funniest. “Happy birthday Tori!”
Yep, today was December 4th, my birthday!
I smiled and looked at everyone. “Thanks you guys! I love this!”
“Bahwwah,” Andrea shrieked.
I looked down on my lap at her and gasped. “Really?” I asked in a baby voice.
She giggled as I blow out the 25 candles. Everyone clapped and made noise.
“Did you wish for something?” Ape asked.
I shook my head. “Nope.”
“How come?” Megan asked.
“I have everything I want,” I smiled. “And Bam.”
He nodded then stopped and glared at me. “Hey!”
I smiled and shrugged. My nine-month old baby raised her arms and whined. Bam got up and picked her up but she squirmed. I got up and took her. She seemed to stop.
“Well,” Dico said. “Are we gonna chow down?!”
I laughed and Bam cut the cake. We ate while Andrea played in her play-pen.
Then everyone handed me a present.
“Guys, you didn’t have to get me anything!” I smiled.
Raab shrugged. “We kinda do. It’s your birthday after all.”
I smiled and unwrapped Raab and Diva’s present. I pulled out a shirt and a pair of pants.

“Awww, thanks you guys! I love it!”
Rake was next. He just handed me an envelope. I opened it and pulled out a card. Inside the card was a 50 dollar bill.
“Thanks Rake,” I smiled.
When Megan was about to hand me her’s, Dico jumped up and shoved his in my face. I laughed and opened his. It was a small box, but when I opened it I jumped. I reached in and pulled Trouble and Mischief out of the box, the two cats we already had.
“I found them on the coach,” Dico said, smiling.
I nodded. “Of cores you did. Thanks Dico.”
He jumped up again. “UH-HUH! But that is not my real present. Here,” he handed me an envelope too. Inside the card with the two cats, I found 50 dollars. I smiled and thanked him.
“Have mine,” Megan said. She handed me three boxes. “Two’s from me and the other from Ry.”
I nodded and opened the bigger one first. I got shreds of cloth. I picked up a handful. “What is this?”
Ryan scratched his neck. “It’s Bam’s suit from your wedding.”
I looked up and glared. But I dug my hand deeper and feel something. I pulled it up and a mini box was in my hand. I opened it to see a necklace with my birthstone on it.
I smiled. “Awww, thank you Ry!”
I opened Megan’s smaller box and found three mini boxes. I opened the first one and found an ankle bracelet with my birthstone. In the second one was a bracelet with black stones on it, and in the third box was a Heartagram toe ring. She also got me Victoria PJ’s.
“Very sexy,” Bam whispered in my ear as I held it up.
I smiled at them and thanked them.
Ape and Phil handed me their envelope. I opened it and found a brochure in it. The front page had a picture of an ocean and a couple looking out on it. The title said:
Welcome to Hawaii!
I opened the brochure and found two tickets. My face showed how shocked and happy I was.
“Oh my god, thank you so much!” I gasped.
“You deserve the time off. It’s for next weekend,” April explained. “I heard there is very little snow, so you’ll be good.”
“Sounds like fun,” I smiled. “I guess me and Andrea are going to Hawaii!”
I turn my head to see Andrea half asleep on her blanket.
“She’s so cute!” I gushed. She laughed and closed her eyes
“Is she really going with you?” Ryan asked.
I gave him a stupid look. “No, she is not coming with me.”
Bam walked up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist. He rested his head on my shoulder and I put my hand on his cheek. I rested my other hand on his tied up ones.
“Spencer’s going with me.” I smiled and Bam’s head shot up. He glared at me and I laughed, and I shook my head. “I’m kidding, you’re coming with me.”
He nodded and put his head back on my shoulder.
Novak handed me a small box, and sat back down. It looked like a ring box. I opened it and gasped. It was a beautiful ring with a black stone.

I took the ring out and put the box down. Bam’s head shot up again.
“When did you-how did you-oh my god.” Was all that I could say.
“I got it a while ago, and I saved up any money I got. I was going to give it yo before but I, well, got carried away.” He looked away, ashamed.
I just stared at the ring, and I didn’t even notice Bam drag Novak out of the room.

“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” I asked through gritted teeth.
He looked down. “Just giving her a present, why?”
“That’s an engagement ring.” I growled. “I’m not as stupid as I look.”
He looked up at me. “What are-what are you talking about? That’s not an engagement ring!”
I gave him a glare.
Novak rolled his eyes. “Ok, so what if it is? She thinks it’s just a ring!”
“Still, it’s an engagement ring!” I snarled.
Novak raised an eyebrow. “Yeah and?”
“I-“
“Bam! Come here!” Tori called.
I glared at him and started walked back upstairs. “Don’t try anything or I swear to god, I will kill you.”
“You should never swear.” And with that, he walked up before me.
I could only follow.

“Hey babe,” Bam greeted with an unhappy look on his face.
I smiled at him, hoping he didn’t know I heard part of his conversation with Novak.
I didn’t think it was an engagement ring. Why would he fuss over that? I’m with him, not Novak. I will never be with Novak!
The rest of the party was fun. Bam and Novak were always giving each other looks so I decided to keep my distance. I ended up going up to Andrea’s room with her around nine-ish. I’m surprised she stayed up after her hour nap. I put her in her crib and walked back out. I put on my Victoria Secrets pajamas Megan also got me and brushed my hair.

I put my necklace and all my new jewelry in my jewelry bow next to my picture of Andrea. I was about to walk out, but the dance flyer caught my eye. I made my decision.
I’m gonna go for it.
