Seperation (Ayame story) Chapter 1

~The next day~
The next day had come quickly since she had told Gale she'd be his team mate. Which kind of pleased her, from reason. This would mean she would get the chance to know him better, since he kept surprising her the day before. Plus she got to piss off the fan girls, which also pleased her. She was waiting for him to arrive, which he always came alittle earily just in case. She sat there on a branch just stareing at the sky, before she heard a stick brake below her. She looked down and saw Gale. She jumped down,
"Ready to go?" She asked. He nodded.
"What shall we do today?" She asked. He shrugged,
"No clue." He said.
"Want to fight demons or something?" She suggested.
"Sure." He said. She began walking, since she thought it was alittle too earily to be running around. She heard a cry for help, from a human, and then saw a huge demons, that had the human in hand. She looked at the demon, then was about to look back at Gale, before she noticed he wasnt there, he was already in combat with the demon. She shook her head,
'He's fast.' She thought. She jumped into a tree, and was waiting for a time for her to jump in. But he handled for himself.
'What's the point of getting a team mate, if i dont even get to do anything?' She asked herself annoyed. Once everything was done, she jumped down from the tree, and walked up to him,
"Your a really good fighter." She complimented. He just nodded.
'You could've said thank you or something.' She said to herself ready to attack him, she didnt really like the silent treatment. It really annoyed her. He turned toward her,
"What next?" He asked. She shrugged, then just began to walk off. He followed behind her wondering what he did wrong.
