Upon joining the Akatsuki, you had been assigned to be a spy along with Zetsu, hence making you both partners. Your fighting style involved hawks. Used to surprise the one you happened to be engaged in battle with, catching them off guard long enough for you to get close enough to stab them with the daggers you used. You had been walking through, an amazingly beautiful garden, that was located just right outside the Akatsuki. You'd only been a member for three weeks and hadn't gotten around to exploring everything. But now, you were amazed by all the different types of flowers there seemed to be.
"Ohh aren't you beautiful!" You exclaimed and bent down to examine a yellow rose bush.
"What are you doing here?" You heard from directly behind you. Jumping up, you whirled around to see Zetsu standing mear inches away from you.
"I was looking at the flowers Zetsu-Kun. Did you grow them?" You replied while smiling, tilting your head happily to the side as you stared up at his handsome features. You had watched a hint of shock flash over his face when he realized you were not afraid of him.
"You..are not..afraid of me?" "Of course she is." His both halves replied at the same time.
"Well of course I am not afraid of you. You are my partner you know." You replied, laughing softly as you strolled down between the flowers.
"So Zetsu-Kun, tell me, do you like me?" You asked casually as you stopped before some more flowers to admire them.
"Like you?" Both his halves asked at the same time.
"Yes. Do you like me? Because well..." You turned and walked back up to him and stood on your tip-toes so you were both eye level.
"Well..Of course I like you... You are my partner" He said simply. You laughed and leaned in and pressed your lips against his.
"I didn't mean like that. The truth is..Zetsu-Kun..I think I'm in love with you." You said against his soft lips as you pulled away and smiled. Watching a faint blush creep into white half.
"I think...I love you too" He replied shakily. Smiling, you lead him back into the lair.

That had been three months ago and now here you were. sitting in the garden with him. Humming happily. You were hoping he'd accept the child you were now carrying. But you didn't let him see how worried you were. Suddenly, you settled yourself into his lap.
"Zetsu-kun?" You looked up at him and smiled.
"Yes _______-kun?" He looked down at you and smiled a bit.
"I'm pregnant with your child. And I know you probably don't want it so I will just shu-mmmf" You never got the finish what you were saying as Zetsu kissed you. When he finally pulled back, you saw he was smiling.
"I am glad you are." Was all he said as he craddled you in his lap.
"Well, at least I know it's a happy ending to this day."
